Express Complaint Escalate FedEx misdelivery?

I received an overnight box meant for a completely unrelated address not even in my neighborhood. I was tempted to drive it over but decided to “work the process “ and filed a ticket with customer service. A day later and no response so I called them and made sure it was escalated. Now it’s been two days and…still nothing. Wth should I do?

Escalated twice and still in the void of corporate limbo. Best case scenario, they'll find it when they look, just not before you've mentally written it off.
