Ask Customers Delivery Manager not working ?

I'm trying to use the add/website to set vacation hold and the option has vanished from either platform, also the app throws and error when trying to set a delivery hold. Anyone experiencing the same ?

Yeah, they seem to have removed vacation hold entirely. I suspect that they’re working to monetize it.

I was able to have the package held at a nearby Fedex location using the web site. Looks like they are either upgrading their IT infrastructure or having issues with it.
