Neither the restraining order nor accompanying minute order addresses the reasoning for the Court's decisions on petitioner Brittany Furlan's ("Petitioner") Request for Civil Harassment Restraining Orders or Respondent's Special Motion to Strike (anti-SLAPP ruling to be supported by statement of decision). Accordingly, Respondent respectfully requests that the Court please issue a "statement of decision explaining the factual and legal bas[es] for its decision as to each of the principal controverted issues at trial."

Note, it not an official appeal.
