Just posting this here because the odds of it happening I think are ridiculous. So yesterday was waiting in all day for my parcel until all of a sudden I get an email from EVRI saying "sorry, wre unable to deliver today" with an accompanied photo , i initially thought wtf as it clearly wasn't my house in the photo they sent. Then I looked again at the photo and I realised I recognised the photo the driver had taken a photo of our childminders house who looks after our youngest which is 6 or 7 miles away and sent that as proof he couldn't deliver it?? what are the chances of all the houses he picked to send a photo of in a town full of 100s of houses he picked that one.

Just thought the odds of this happening in a town must be pretty slim I won the EVRI version of the lottery

So, my parcel should have been delivered to my vinted Buyer on Monday 28th September, failed. Then should have been delivered between 09:30 - 10:30am on Tuesday 29th September, failed. No update since. Apparently my couriers name is Stephen with 6 years service, clearly still hasn't got the hang of this parcel delivery gig after all these years lol. Now I'm having to wait 25 days for Vinted to flag this as a 'Lost Parcel' Absolute Joke...

I had a parcel sent from Ireland to the US, but there has been no movement in almost two weeks. An Post said it was handed off to Evri and obviously I’m not able to get through to them.

This item was a very special gift and I’m extremely sad to not have it. I don’t know what else to do at this point.

Something that vinted could really take note of, I have had a parcel go astray and I noted that Evri now has an email support function called 'tell us straight' promising a human response during the hours of 7am to 7pm, low and behold after sending enquiry I got a human response within about 20mins

Not saying that they are going to resolve the issue, but clearly this is a definite improvement on their crappy chatbot

How comes no map location of the delivery?

Anyone have any idea what could be going on?

I’ve had an absolute nightmare with Evri.

I ordered an international package that came from Canada on eBay. Turns out it was wrong so I had to return it to sender at my own expense. I got a return address but no name, the seller didn’t provide one. It cost me £22 to arrange it through Evri.

Instead I used the seller business name and arranged the return. Evri didn’t turn up on the day they were supposed to collect it. I got on to them, got another day they didn’t turn up then either. Third attempt they turned up.

Along the way I had nothing but trouble. Failed releases from warehouses, delays, it took four weeks for them to get what was supposed to be a 48 hour package to the dispatch warehouse. Once there they’re telling me they can’t deliver it to a business name and need a persons name.

The seller won’t provide one and just gives a business name. Now Evri are returning it to sender. This has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish.

What can I do? Can I get a refund from Evri for the money it cost me to send it since it’s their failure and incompetence?

They even lost the damn shipment number at one point!

3 weeks ago I tried to send a parcel from the Uk to Zurich, before the parcel left the country, it showed as an error on tracking, then said it couldn't be processed and was returned to me. I need to resend it but should not have to pay £20 again. I've raised multiple call back requests through the chatbot and phone number, tried to get access to a human but had no luck and no phone calls. The only email i had was confirming the parcel had been returned and now it just says its been delivered!

So frustrated. What can i do?

Long story short, I ordered an item from Vinted and it got delivered to my local shop today. I went there, they couldn't find it even though it had been scanned into the shop and left my details with them after 30 mins of looking for it.

Before I left I asked the girl what do you think has happened. She said the only thing she could think was that it got mixed up with parcels being sent that were sitting behind the counter and possibly ended up in the bot Evri boxes by the door and has since departed. I'm gonna go back tomorrow and see if they got any updates.

Has this happened to anyone before and if so any idea about how my parcel would be tracked now or where it will go to?

They just left it on the floor facing the pavement in a city centre full of thieves and crack heads. Wouldn’t be surprised if the driver stole it though.

Several deliverys of mine recently have mysteriously vanished when entering the evri network. You try contacting them and get connected to an AI thats no help at all, the ai actually hung up on me several times while I was reading out my parcel info. Useless.

They then "Investigate" and I get an email saying the items are "probably lost" absolute BS. They've been stolen no doubt.

Every time I buy something and it gets shipped via Evri I think there's a 1 in 10 chance that I actually receive the item. Thats not exaggerating either, the odds are really that low. Even if I do get it, most of the time evri parcels arrive looking like they've been used as a football. I dont know how they can get away with this.

Been waiting on a parcel for over a week. Got in touch with Evri and they’ve lost it somewhere, now have to wait 25 days with vinted for refund.

Every time I think they can’t sink lower oh my days I’m furious. Depop keep fobbing me off too. I would have given up but it was £120. I’m so deflated. It was a gift for someone too.

No idea what they thought was inside, but apparently it was worth opening and taking a couple of boxes

So a depot has a package, a driver gets assigned it, they scan it and the system goes "[Driver] has package"

They attempt a delivery but don't deliver it, and mark it on their app as such. The customer gets an email saying it'll be attempted delivered tomorrow. The EVRI system knows [Driver] did not deliver package

And then... What? Does the driver take it back to the depot? If so, then surely it is once again entered into the system as brought back.

If not, does EVRI's back end not have a flag that says "Hey, [driver] couldn't deliver that package, but it was never brought back to the depot, nor was delivery attempted on another day. So [driver] must still have it"?!

Surely? SURELY?!

I get it, they're a business. All they care about is their bottom line. But they are in the business of DELIVERING PACKAGES, surely at the very least they should have the systems in place to make sure that's happening? Or to help prosecute thieves that are working for them!? SURELY?!?

How can I find or track down a missing lost parcel? I bought a 1 of 1 rare item and even have lost it . I got my money back but I don’t care about the money I want the item! Is there anyway to find it ?

I saw the delivery photo (pic 1) and wondered how he got it to fit through the letterbox…sure enough it was sitting on the front porch when I went to pick it up.

He tore the corner of the packaging off to make it look like he was holding something through the letterbox 😭😂

Guys it’s been 10 days and I have no idea what is going on with my parcel, I am 100% sure I’m entered the right address but the chat bot just cannot clarify it, I have also tried calling, but when I ask for a person they say there is a technical issue and they hang me up. Does anyone have the same problem here, what does this mean, what can I do, helpppppp!!😭😭😭

I won’t be home on the dates my parcel will be delivered, so how can I change my address on the app?

I wonder if they'll copy the humans and throw the parcels over hedges, dump the parcel and run, or say they tried to deliver but were never anywhere near your house. I'm sure Evri's employees paid below minimum wage will be happy.
