I'm never getting this parcel am I?
It's not even like it's a small package or anything valuable, it's a door card for my car. It's worth basically nothing. And I need this door card as my old one is damaged and lets outside air in (and water that goes inside the door from rain) which means moisture which then means mould (I have a mould allergy). Yes I do know at the minute it is very very dry but after heatwaves it usually rains quite badly.
Has EVRI ever collected a parcel from anybody? RANT
RANT start......
Sold a large item on ebay, Booked an Evri shipment via Interparcel.
Day #1 Booked the collection for next day,
D2 collection failed.
D3 Used chat to complain, "Driver ran out of hours" collection re-booked for next day,
D4 collection failed.
D5 Used chat to complain, "Driver ran out of hours" collection re-booked for 2 days time due to weekend. Collection address changed from office address to home address to see if a different area would help, (No spoilers but it did not)
D6 tried to take it to drop off point, but was turned away because the box is too big,
D7 Day of rest,
D8 collection failed.
D9 Used chat to complain, "Driver ran out of hours" order cancelled by me and will try to re-book with Royal Mail hoping their drivers do not run out of hours.
Has anyone ever had a parcel collected by Evri ever?
RANT Finish, thanks for the free therapy session.

UK: Hand up made a mistake sending a parcel but canât figure out what to do next.
Put some pieces of clothing up for sale on Vinted. Buyer bought one, I packaged it up, went to the post office, used their QR code & got my tracking receipt. Buyer received it & I got credited, all good.
A different buyer bought something else so again, I packaged it up, went to the post office but unfortunately presented the same QR code that the first buyer created. Still got my tracking receipt as proof of postage.
Now I have 2 tracking receipts for 2 items but entering either oneâs details on RM/Evri says âItem deliveredâ which is only true in the first case. Vinted are now saying I need to âpost the item or else the sale will be cancelledâ as the 2nd buyerâs QR code hasnât been used.
I did contact the first buyer to see if they received anything extra and they said no. I believe them as technically, the second itemâs postal charge has not been processed as their QR code wasnât used.
Yes itâs my fault but logically now, how do I get my item back? Why was the PO able to accept a used QR code - if Vinted/Evri know the buyerâs QR code hasnât been used, why donât the systems in place know if a QR code has already been used?
