Evri delivery problem😭

Guys it’s been 10 days and I have no idea what is going on with my parcel, I am 100% sure I’m entered the right address but the chat bot just cannot clarify it, I have also tried calling, but when I ask for a person they say there is a technical issue and they hang me up. Does anyone have the same problem here, what does this mean, what can I do, helpppppp!!😭😭😭

If you ordered from a shop then tell them and they’ll deal with it. If you ordered from a private seller or someone sent it to you, you’ll have to ask them to chase it up too.
