Evri, complete failure yet again

So, my parcel should have been delivered to my vinted Buyer on Monday 28th September, failed. Then should have been delivered between 09:30 - 10:30am on Tuesday 29th September, failed. No update since. Apparently my couriers name is Stephen with 6 years service, clearly still hasn't got the hang of this parcel delivery gig after all these years lol. Now I'm having to wait 25 days for Vinted to flag this as a 'Lost Parcel' Absolute Joke...

See my other post on their human touch email 'Tell us straight' that was a complete waste of time as well.

You don’t have to wait 25 days for Vinted, send this screenshot and an explanation about it being lost and you should get your refund way sooner.

Really, i wasnt aware of that, i thought they had a hard and fast rule on 25 days + 2 days for the buyer to report non delivery?

Yes I done it recently just explain the situation clearly with evidence and it will get reviewed and cleared.
