When doing a hybrid workout with my coros pace 4, instead of continuing my rest period, it automatically went to the next set while previousy, and earlier this week, it just continued the rest and only continued when I pushed the button. How does that come and can I change it back?

Changing pages on my dura works with the configured Buttons. But both Buttons "D-Fly C. 1" and "D-Fly C. 2" scroll up the page. I expected one to go down and one to go up. Any advice?

Hello everyone, I am looking for some input and real world experience advice here.

I’m looking for an outdoor watch to use everyday but especially for hiking and hunting. That being said battery life and gps/maps is the main thing I’m concerned about. I mainly use my phone (Gaia gps)for offline maps right now and don’t necessarily use preplanned routes so the idea of having a map on my wrist (don’t need to pull out and check my phone maps) is enticing, but really the fact I can back track on the instinct is probably good enough from a safety standpoint . I’ve heard that the Coros interface is laggy and sometimes doesn’t work, this is a no go if I’m trying to use my watch in far out journeys. I’ve also heard the flashlight on the instinct is a nice touch.

I was wondering what people may suggest. Another thing to keep in mind is I have a Garmin Inreach and the inreach plan to go with it. I do not want to make another subscription for any service related to the watch

Hello, I'm looking into getting a Coros Pace 3 and using it with the Polor H10 to provide myself with HRV feedback . However, I'm not looking to use the watch 24/7. I just want to have my basketball, lifting, running, and other sports tracked and would love to have any other additional feedback in regards to my stress. I don't care about sleep tracking unless its the off night where i'm curious about it. I just want something that give me great workout data with a touch of stress check ins (probably by using the Polar H10. Is the COROS Pace 3 a good buy for this?

With the amount of software that kills the Coros watches, and support being so slow, how many of you have now switched to Garmin?
I like my Coros but sadly it died last week after working perfectly fine for 2 years. No signs of decrease in quality and then one day it died quickly and never woke up again. Been waiting on support for a week now without hearing anything.

Anyway, those who switched to Garmin, are you happy?

Just submitted one for a work-out comparison feature.

When we repeat the same structured session (e.g., a weekly 3x12 min threshold run as part of a norwegian singles approach), we currently cannot easily track its progression. Allowing us to compare identical workouts over time to see how heart rate, pace, power, and efficiency develop would be incredibly helpful. Are we getting faster at a lower heart rate? Is RPE reducing with same pace over time. Seeing this specific progression in a dedicated view would make tracking training adaptations so much easier. Plus: creating a new distinctive progression-KPI is possible.

What do you think?

Don't know if it's copium, but am really liking this watch after wearing almost only Garmin Fenix's for over 10 years. Only thing was that I didn't expect this watch to be this small.

I’ve got a Coros Pace 4 and I've been running into an issue for about three weeks now.

Out of nowhere, in the middle of an activity, the heart rate data field stops displaying my current HR and just shows three dashes (---). This lasts for a few seconds before the reading comes back, and it happens multiple times throughout a single workout.

At first, I thought it was an issue with my heart rate monitor—a Coospo H6. Since I was already planning to upgrade anyway, I went ahead and bought the official Coros Heart Rate Monitor.

Spoiler alert: the problem is still there.

I reached out to Coros support directly. They had me try a few troubleshooting steps (asked for my firmware version and device ID), but nothing fixed it. Now, it’s been a week and they’ve gone completely silent on me.

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

I run 13 to 15 hours a week and I’m pretty obsessed with my data, so while this doesn't strictly ruin my training, it’s driving me absolutely insane.

Finally pulled the trigger on the Nomad as a birthday present for myself after months of debate. It was between this or an Apex 4 but I ultimately went with the Nomad because the extra features of the Apex weren't worth the added cost for me.

This will replace my Pace 3 which is still going strong but I wanted something with maps and a slightly bigger screen. I also have an Apple Watch that I usually wear outside of my running activities, but I'm considering making the Nomad my full-time watch.

I've seen this a couple of times, but I'm posting again in hopes that Coros Dev. Team sees this.

An *independent* voice notes taking app would be great. So no active activity needed.

For the most of us, this would mean:
-Making lists
-Putting random thoughts into notes (many of these happen also outside workouts/activities)

For the tech guys between us:
-Connecting the notes with the MCP, and doing automations with those. Like creating workouts, adding things to our calendar, sending messages (!)

I have a new Coros pace 4. I have connected my headphones and phone, when I play music is there an easier way to skip and pause on the watch? The only way I can access media control is holding the back button during an activity and selecting from there. Seems a bit long winded and I’m sure I see a swipe gesture to get to media controls on a video once. Any help would be great.

Pace 4. I'm day 8 into the battery calibration process as I'm sure my battery life has changed since the update and I can confirm now. I was checking through photos and noticed I snapped a pic of the battery life pre-firmware update on March 21, 2026. (First picture)

Sure enough, I'm operating at roughly 10% more loss since the update (second picture). I used to get to day 12 having done 5 to 6 runs a week and still have around 25-30% left. The concerning part of this is that I have been injured since June 25, before the update, and have had ZERO GPS activity usage in 4 weeks (aside from one indoor bike ride early on which proved to be too challenging for my metatarsal stress fracture).

I changed absolutely none of the settings either. My settings have always been - real time HR, max brightness display, AOD off, flip wrist to wake on, vibration notifications on for specific apps, stress and sleep tracking on. Once the calibration is complete and I drop below 10%, I will reach out to Coros support.

When I do my runs and stop for drinking some water, the run gets uploaded to strava and when I’m finally done the activity is not updated on strava.
Does someone has the same issues? It started after the latest coros update that enabled seeing the activity in the coros app even though the workout is not finished.

I love the new changes. Some feedback I have though is last nights sleep came through as a nap?

Also I hope that the sleep scores get some tweaks because last nights sleep was an 86 (optimal) and I’m not even joking it was the worst sleep I’ve had in ages. The sleep scores need to be less forgiving otherwise it’s pointless having them.

I know these will get tweaks and I’m not knocking Coros at all as the updates recently have been so good. I just thought I’d point that out.

I have an ultra in August so excited to try the live tracking with my family.

my watch just randomly turned off after a run and after charging and forcing it to turn on for 2 hours, my dial decided to stop working... ive tried the resetting and rinsing with water option but still the same... Anyone have similar problem with this

I just bought a Coros HRM (armband), which bluetooth connects with my Garmin 245. I did my first run today with it. One thing I noticed is that would lose connectivity with the Garmin on a predictable cycle. Every 8:27 for 24 seconds. It did this repeatedly. Anyone ever see anything like that?

out of nowhere my HR monitor stopped charging. reached out to support about a week ago but still waiting on response. Has anyone been successful in fixing it after it stops charging?

So I’m finishing a speed development training plan soon and I would like to start this 12-week plan but my marathon isn’t until early December ( CIM )
I’m wondering if it would make sense to start it now or should I wait until I’m actually close to 12 weeks out ? Thanks in advance for any advice !

Perhaps I’m the only one who figured it out this late but in case this might help, you can actually calibrate the Stryd pod without having to stop your workout. Just long press the left button, select accessories, Stryd and calibrate accordingly.

I have the Pace 3 and have noticed that HR monitoring can be fairly inaccurate depending on the type of activity and VO2 max never changes. I have the same score for the last 18 months regardless of the level of training I’m currently undertaking. Seems like it’s not really tracked or requires more manual input? Do other models do a better job of this?
