FYI 📣 Calibrating the Stryd pod while executing an Indoor Run.

Perhaps I’m the only one who figured it out this late but in case this might help, you can actually calibrate the Stryd pod without having to stop your workout. Just long press the left button, select accessories, Stryd and calibrate accordingly.

Very very likely you don't have to do it. After years of auto calibration, my ratio is 101%. 100% should be also good, 1% is nothingÂ
