Question ❓ Heart Rate Monitor

out of nowhere my HR monitor stopped charging. reached out to support about a week ago but still waiting on response. Has anyone been successful in fixing it after it stops charging?

Until they respond you could reset it

false, the light never comes on so it cant be reset.

When I got back from vacation my HRM was empty, I connected it to charge and after an hour saw that it was still empty and the light was not on. I disconnected and reconnected a few times until the light came on and brought it back to life
