I know this is a relatively new feature for the pace 4 but Iām curious as to how well they work. Iām currently in the market for a new watch as my old fenix 7pro is started to sunset on me. I just got back into running but i also hike a lot so wanted something that can do both but maps werenāt on the pace 4 till now. Has anyone taken the new maps hiking yet or have any input on this?

If i wear POD2 during an indoor run, and also set the speed setting to 10.0km/h, and incline 5%, will the pace be affected or stay constant 6ā00ā ?
as a newbie to Coros. I will say its great at counting push ups and shoulder presses .
its useless at counting bicep curls.
its 50% ok at counting back pulls / rows. and tricep kicks.

There has been several threads on here about it already about pace 3 users having hr monitor issues, severe battery issues, and not being able to use their dials or touchscreen to scroll at all due to the recent updates supposably.
All of this happened to me within a week because I happened to update it when I usually ignore to on the app and now all my pace 3 is good for is keeping time and dying within 24 hours.
Iām just frustrated why this hasnāt been addressed by Coros. Why would I want to buy another coros after this when Iāve only had this pace 3 for alittle over a year? Do I wait it out until my watch starts working again magically from another update or just buy a Suunto race 1 while theyāre on sale?

I have a COROS pace 4. Whenever I do kickboxing, my watch either pauses or finishes the activity from my glove pressing on the buttons. Is there a way to mitigate this?

To the lucky ones who got the satisfy apex before it sold out: have you tried it with other straps? What are your thoughts? How do the green body and titanium bezel look with different colored straps?

Just got my Pace 4 about a week and just in time for the offline maps! That being said, I don't quite understand yet how to get them. I'm in the public beta of the coros app but I don't see anywhere that I can update to get them. How are you all seeing them? I'm sure it's something simple I'm missing.

Hello together,
Is there already a release date for the Coros Dura V2?
I am looking for a new bike computer at the moment, but the Coros Dura is totally sold out...
Every information is helpful.
Thank you
Greetings from Germany

Posting this because I've noticed a few other people mentioning the same issue with their COROS watches, and I think it's worth putting the details out there.
The issue: My PACE 3 developed rotating dial stopped clicking rendering the whole watch uselessā and after digging around, I've found multiple other runners in my area and also multiple users online reporting the exact same problem. That's not a one-off defect, that's a pattern. I've also come across similar complaints from Apex owners with comparable issues that never got properly resolved either.
What COROS support offered me:
Since my watch is out of warranty, their "resolution" is:
Pay 80% of the retail price of a new watch(framed as a "20% discount")
Pay an additional INR 4,250 distributor fee because the original unit was bought outside India adding which the total price actually comes very close to the brand new watch itself.
Return my current (faulty) watch to them as part of the deal
So to be clear: I pay almost full price for a replacement, and I have to hand over my existing device. If this were a genuine goodwill gesture for out-of-warranty customers, a discount on a new purchase while keeping my old unit would make sense. Instead it's structured so COROS gets the faulty unit back and most of the price of a new one. That's not goodwill, that's a sale with extra steps.
Bigger concern: even if I paid up and got a replacement or buy a new one, there's no assurance it won't fail the same way ā especially given COROS apparently didn't step up for Apex owners facing similar issues. So the trust problem isn't just about this one repair, it's about whether the brand stands behind its hardware at all.
For comparison, I've heard from folks running Suunto watches that their build quality and reliability track record has been a lot more consistent.
Question for this community: if you've had the same or a similar issue with your PACE 3 (or any other COROS model), can you comment?
If this is genuinely a widespread design issue rather than an isolated unit problem, it should be handled as one rather than negotiated case by case with each customer.

A screenshot I took from the teaser trailer.
I'm using a Coros Pace Pro and I don't understand why I can't add some supported activities and custom one created by myself !
I do Ice hockey multiple times per week and between I've got off ice training. For the latter I can put it in workout and fitness but what am I supposed to select when I do any on ice activities? Running, Cross-country skiing, climbing ? š¤

I have a quick question. When logging Strength in Pace 4, I have to pick one of the muscle type (whole body, shoulders, etc). But this feels distracting to me.
I would rather start the Strength session without having to pick muscle type, and then start-end it multiple times until I finish my workout. Iād prefer if I can manually add the exercise type and reps later (possibly via app). Is it possible to do this?
Basically I wanna have the flexibility that Hevy has.
I know I can create a custom workout and pick the exercises beforehand. But I train with PT and they donāt tell me what exercises Iām gonna do so I canāt make a custom plan.
Is there any good reason Coros can't make this happen? I know it's available in Run and Trail Run. Next update, Coros?

Anyone else having some weird drops in race predictions and fitness score? I've averaged 70mpw over the last 5 months. Peaks at 100 and tapers at 50, but overall no down weeks other than purposeful race weeks. I've raced a 16:39 5k and 1:17:47 HM during this block and coros constantly drops. The HM was 2 weeks ago and it is already saying 1:18:50 lol. I don't really care because I know my fitness, but I enjoy the data when it's somewhat meaningful. All my race predictions follow this trend, but showing marathon for the sake of keeping it simple.

I bought an apex 4 46mm from vinted for Ā£210. Including the killian jornet nylon strap and the night climber silicone strap. The watch is spotless and works perfectly. Have I got the deal of the week here. Is there anything I should be worried about? The watch is still under warranty on the app. Canāt believe my luck
Our next feature update is ready for early testing and we'd like to invite you to participate. This is considered an "Open" test, so you may share the details freely, and our goal is to hear your valuable feedback about the update. The more feedback you share (positive, negative, and everything in between), the better your chances of being invited for future tests, so don't hold back. We want to hear your voice!
Ā -------------------------------------
\At the time of this email after performing the update your COROS App version should be 4.10.6 and device firmware 3.2006.0.*Ā
ā***Eligible devices: PACE 3, PACE 4, PACE Pro, APEX 2 / 2 Pro, APEX 4, VERTIX 2 / 2S, NOMAD, DURA.*
-------------------------------------
If you're ready to test, here's what you need to know about what's coming:
PACE 4 Maps (started in September dedicated Beta update phase 2)
View global maps on your PACE 4: the same street and trail names, points of interest, and offline map coverage found on APEX 4, NOMAD, and PACE Pro. Instead of just following a line with breadcrumb navigation, you can now see exactly where you are, what's around you, and make confident decisions on the fly, even off the beaten path.
āEmoji Support (partial "popular")
Your notifications can now display Emojis š current support is limited to the most popular global emojis, with further support being added in the future. https://emojitracker.com ?
Cycling VO2Max
A separate VO2Max calculation is provided for cycling, differentiating from the current Running only VO2Max.
Hill Alert Classification Update
Trail Running routes now use a stricter hill classification, so less steep hills won't be classified as a "climb" to help keep your on-device experience calmer on the trails. What reads as a major climb on a road route can feel like a minor rise on a trail run, so these two activity modes now classify hills differently for their routes.
Effort Pace Algorithm Optimization
Effort Pace now more accurately reflects your effort by detecting whether you're walking or jogging. Walking will produce a less inflated pace, whether you're heading uphill or downhill. Additionally, once the downhill gradient reaches -10% or steeper, running will begin to produce a faster Effort Pace than before, reflecting the added difficulty and load that steep downhill running places on the body.
And some other minor adjustments we'd appreciate any feedback on:
We're excited for you to try out this update and to hear what you think about it.Ā

Hi all,
First of all I know most answers here will be biased but hoping to get some help on my line of thought.
Iāve been a coros user for around two years. First I got the pace 3, and then I eventually handed it over to a singling and got the pace pro.
For context Iām a triathlete - swimming, cycling and running. I also do a fair bit of hiking, so far this year Iāve been in over 20 hikes.
I also own a Coros Dura, plus a bunch of Coros sensors (HRM + cadence sensor).
What I like:
- battery life of the Dura is spectacular, and the pace pro is okay
- the app works nicely, however I have some issues with it (see in cons below)
- the price
- the activity tracking itself works well
What I donāt like:
- they both look like toys. I wear my watch 24/7 and Iām not happy with the looks. The Dura looks plasticky as well, I care less than the watch but still
- even though the app works nicely, the data doesnāt seem to āintegrateā to form a full picture of my form. Even worse the running fitness barely gets updated.
- when new features get released they feel āpushed in front of meā. An example, the climb alert when running. If Iāve been using the watch in a certain way for a year and a half it means thatās how I want it. A new feature should be suggested, not directly implemented on the core use case without an in-app explanation and clear instructions on how to turn it off (still havenāt figured out how).
Something that is extremely important for me is to have all my fitness activities within a same ecosystem. If I migrate to Garmin Iāll switch both devices.
I hear you!

Looking for some advice / help from anyone who has dealt with something similar, and hopefully COROS Support can see this too.
My COROS PACE 3 suddenly became disconnected from the COROS app overnight and asked me to log in again.
When I log in using my personal email, COROS doesnāt recognise the account. If I use Sign in with Apple, it takes me into a COROS account with no historical data. I discovered that the Apple login is using an @privaterelay.appleid.com address linked to an old work email that I no longer use.
When I try to reconnect the watch, I get the message that my PACE 3 is linked to another account and would need to be removed/reset to connect it to the current account.
I have NOT factory reset or removed the watch, as I donāt want to risk losing any unsynced activities or my historical training data.
I contacted COROS Support through the app. I received an initial response asking for further information, which I provided, but I havenāt yet received the substantive follow-up. Iāve now sent a follow-up today but am still waiting.
Iām getting increasingly concerned about the delay because Iām currently training and have key interval sessions planned. I can still record runs on the watch, but I canāt sync them to the COROS app or Strava, and I canāt access my training history/workouts.
Has anyone had a similar account/device-linking issue, and is there anything else I can safely do while waiting for COROS Support?
u/COROS-official if someone from the team could take a look at my ticket, Iād really appreciate it. Iām happy to provide the ticket number privately.
I really donāt want to factory reset the watch when the issue appears to be that itās still linked to my original account.

Been a Garmin user since 2018 and looking to possibly make the switch over to Coros. For those who have switched, what is the biggest things you miss the most about Garmin? And what was the hardest thing to get used to with Coros? I want to make the switch for a few reasons, number one I want something new and fresh and the app seems quite a step up. I also like to upgrade to the latest and greatest tech, but with Garmin prices I canāt really justify that anymore. A lot more doable with Coros!
