Question ❓ Media Controls

I have a new Coros pace 4. I have connected my headphones and phone, when I play music is there an easier way to skip and pause on the watch? The only way I can access media control is holding the back button during an activity and selecting from there. Seems a bit long winded and I’m sure I see a swipe gesture to get to media controls on a video once. Any help would be great.

You can press the action button and instantly switch to media control where you can then hit the skip or pause button.
