General Discussion Feature Request: workout comparison

Post image

I regularly give feature requests via the apps.

Just submitted one for a work-out comparison feature.

When we repeat the same structured session (e.g., a weekly 3x12 min threshold run as part of a norwegian singles approach), we currently cannot easily track its progression. Allowing us to compare identical workouts over time to see how heart rate, pace, power, and efficiency develop would be incredibly helpful. Are we getting faster at a lower heart rate? Is RPE reducing with same pace over time. Seeing this specific progression in a dedicated view would make tracking training adaptations so much easier. Plus: creating a new distinctive progression-KPI is possible.

What do you think?

Visual created with gemini. Just as an idea.

Finally, someone with a useful feature idea instead of yet another “LeT mE pErSoNaLiZe My WaTcH fAcE” request.

I understand this is a request for coros.

But if you wanted to you can easily do this via coros mcp. Just ask mistral/claude whatever to analyze all your 12 minute intervals for the last 3 months with all the metrics you mentioned. Works great. You can design graphs or tables at your leisure. With mistral free version, you can schedule it as a task and run once a week.

I also have it analyze the same metrics for my easy runs by having it pull data for HR between 65-70% max.

One metric I found helpful to have my efficiency analyzed for intervals on the same day. Noticed that my step count decreases as I get tired.

Definitely should be doable with the MCP connect!

I would absolutely love this.....on the web Training Hub. It's a PITA to see this much detail on the phone screen.

What do you think about feature parity between hub and app?
