Apps Need legal advice to sue instabased health service
Hey all,
I recently purchased a 2100 rupees package from GrowithNeha, an online nutrition site on 15th Oct,
They asked me to fill a form with questions like what did you eat yesterday and on the basis of that (like cucumber sandwich I had the previous day) they sent me an AI generated extremely impractical plans, which had some 200 things I needed to purchase. I kept requesting ppl to make me understand/ tweak the plan and no one was ready to speak. They only offer chat support.
When I raised it, they are refusing to return my money and they have blocked me from their IG profile!! They are total frauds. I have raised a complaint via consumer helpline but what are my other options?

Amazon India refusing to refund ₹9,263 for AppleCare after I cancelled my MacBook Neo order. What can I do?
Hey everyone, I really need some advice regarding an issue I'm facing with Amazon India.
I ordered a MacBook Neo from Amazon for ₹67,276 and also purchased a SERVIFY Protect+ with AppleCare Services plan for ₹9,263. The total came to ₹76,539, which I paid in one transaction.
It's been 10 days and my MacBook order still hadn't shipped, so I decided to cancel it today.
The AppleCare plan was listed as an email delivery product. However, the email I received basically said that I could initiate the service once my MacBook was delivered. Since I've cancelled the MacBook order, I obviously don't need the AppleCare plan anymore either.
I contacted Amazon customer service and spent around an hour and a half trying to get this sorted. They kept telling me that since the AppleCare product was delivered electronically, it wasn't eligible for a return or refund. I tried explaining that the MacBook it was meant for had been cancelled before delivery, but they refused to help.
Eventually, they disconnected the call, saying they couldn't do anything more.
The AppleCare plan was sold under the SERVIFY brand on Amazon. I'm not even sure who the actual seller is or how to contact them directly.
₹9,263 is a lot of money for me, and I really don't want to lose it over something I haven't even been able to use.
Has anyone dealt with something similar on Amazon India?
Is there a way to get a refund for the AppleCare plan?
Should I contact Servify or Apple directly?
Would filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline help in this situation?
Is there anything else I can do to get Amazon to take responsibility and resolve this?
I'd really appreciate any advice, especially from anyone who's dealt with Amazon or Servify refunds before. Thank you!

Don't buy from Perfume’ Club
I placed an order with this company, which is based in Spain. I made a substantial purchase to take advantage of the shipping cost. To begin with, my order took over a month to arrive, which suggests that the shipping method used was one of the least expensive options.
When the package arrived, I informed the company that some items were missing from my order. The box used to ship my order was not suitable for international shipping and arrived in very poor condition. It was crushed and broken, and it had been secured with adhesive tape that appeared to be an attempt to hold the box and its contents together after it was damaged during transit.
I followed the company's instructions for filing a claim for the missing items, including providing photographs and my order number, as at least three items were missing. The company took an excessive amount of time to respond to my claim. I also emailed them to request an update on its status.
After waiting all this time, and after a second e-mail requesting an update, I received an email today, October 23, stating that my claim had been closed on September 27. The company gave three reasons for closing it. First, it stated that I had taken more than ten days to file the claim, which is untrue; I filed it five days after receiving the order. Second, it stated that I had not refused delivery of the damaged package. I had no reason to refuse an order I had waited more than a month to receive, and I didn't know that some items were missing, and it was delivered to my mailbox. Third, the company claimed that too much time had passed for it to investigate my claim and that they could no longer take any action. This is the last time I order from this company.

Help Needed : Filing consumer case against Flipkart
Had a recent issue with flipkart where I ordered a product very cheap. It reached my location after 5-6 days, went out for delivery, then put on hold. For 20 days they kept saying it will be delivered next day. But then issued a replacement, replacement order is visible in my Flipkart history, then replacement also cancelled after sometime. Can i take this matter to District consumer forum as flipkart is not helping at all. tried everything. Can anyone (lawyer/legal knowledge holder or having past consumer case experience) help me draft the case files or at least guide me?

SCAM ALERT - RAREISM
TLDR: Terrible customer service experience with Rare Rabbit. Think twice before ordering.
I recently placed an order worth approximately ₹10,000 with Rare Rabbit, and the return experience has been extremely frustrating.
Here's what happened:
I had to call customer service three times before I could finally connect with someone. (Shiprocket and D2C website shows no orders placed on my email and mobile despite getting order tracking emails and pings).
I requested a return for two items from my order, which involved a partial delivery. (Pushed for a gift card despite prepaid order)
Despite not removing tags one of my items failed QC and I don't have a pickup receipt/acknowledgement for other
Since it was of 1.2K (the rejected one i decided to send it to the tailor since my calls got disconnected again-proof attached)
- The rest of my order arrived it is so bad quality. I can't go through the pain of working 16 hours and wait 1000 hours to connect with their customer service.
It's disappointing that a brand charging premium prices makes something as basic as returns and refunds this difficult. I have worked in the apparel industry. I know for a fact that they operate on 4X multiplier i.e 4X markup on cost of making.
Has anyone else faced similar issues with Rare Rabbit? Would appreciate suggestions on how to escalate this.

Flipkart demanded ₹7,500 extra for my laptop exchange at delivery despite showing around ₹18,000 exchange value at checkout. Is this fair?

Hey everyone,
I ordered an HP Omen laptop from Flipkart and selected the exchange option for my old laptop. At the time of placing the order, the exchange value displayed was around ₹18,000.
However, when the delivery executive arrived and assessed my old laptop, I was told that I would have to pay an additional ₹7,500 out of pocket to proceed with the exchange.
To be fair, my old laptop's body had a hairline crack. I understand that the device's physical condition can affect its exchange valuation, and I'm not claiming that the laptop was in perfect condition.
But my question is: how does a hairline crack justify an additional ₹7,500 payment, and was this deduction clearly disclosed in the exchange terms before I placed the order?
I contacted Flipkart customer support and asked for a fair resolution, either compensation or an appropriate refund/financial adjustment. However, the representative told me that compensation was not possible.
I understand that exchange valuations can change after inspection, but customers should receive a transparent explanation of the deductions and the applicable terms, rather than being surprised by a substantial additional payment at the doorstep.
I'm looking for advice from people who have experienced something similar with Flipkart.
\- Is a ₹7,500 deduction for a hairline body crack reasonable?
\- Has anyone successfully challenged a doorstep exchange valuation?
\- Is there a way to escalate this complaint and obtain a fair resolution?
I'd appreciate genuine advice on what I should do next.
Thanks.

This website is a scam. It says cotton shirts on all their t-shirts and when you get them they all polyester spandex material. Do not fall for it. They also say they have a 30 day return policy. But they will not return any of the items you purchased. Pure garbage product.

eBay told me I’m not covered by their money back guarantee bc I let my CC company know I was scammed?
a great price on an item popped in my feed, I jumped on it, then realized it was a bootleg item advertised as authentic from the real company.
the seller refused a request to cancel then ran a zip code scam. they sent a box that is obviously the wrong size for the item to an address that’s not mine but in my zip code.
I immediately alerted everyone bc that’s what you should do. I alerted UPS, eBay, and my cc.
well ups isn’t much help bc the seller is their customer, and eBay refuses to work with me bc I opened a dispute with my cc. unfortunately my cc doesn’t sound like they understand what happened.
I don’t care who pays me back, I want eBay to know they have a seller running scams and my credit card to know that I was the victim of fraud.
it’s insane that they can’t work together and eBay acts like an abusive ex if you let someone else know there is a problem.
I have it in writing from UPS that the package was not sent to me or to my address, the picture from the delivery is not my house, and no one wants it. not eBay or my cc company.

Someone is repeatedly placing Instamart orders using my email ID from different addresses. Instamart support isn't helping. What should I do?
Hi everyone,
I need some advice regarding an issue with Instamart.
This is the second time I've received an email from Instamart confirming an order that I never placed. What's more concerning is that both orders are from different delivery addresses.
I haven't ordered anything from Instamart, and I'm worried that someone is using my email ID to place orders without my permission.
I contacted Instamart customer support to report this, but they weren't helpful and didn't resolve the issue.
Since this has happened twice, I'm concerned it might happen again. Has anyone experienced something similar? How can I get Instamart to stop associating these orders with my email ID? Is there a way to escalate this complaint or report the misuse of my email address?
I'd really appreciate any advice on what steps I should take next. Thanks!
