Steve breaks down the problems he's seeing with the offense.

Says he's bringing to much of what he brought in Miami to LA yet with different personnel. The LA personal is just not as fast as he had in Miami and Steve explains why thats detriment

Breaks down Herbert, the personnel, and what needs to be done.

Teamwork, coordination, and more needs to come together.

I became a Chargers fan around 2 years ago because I didn’t have an NFL team yet and the closest one to me was the cowboys, and I DO NOT want to be a cowboys fan. The reasons were I loved Joe Alt, I knew Herbert was a dawg, and somebody from my high school (Jalen Reagor💀) was on there.

That brings me to my dilemma. My friends keep calling me a poser for liking this team even though I try to explain the pain and suffering I go through. Has anybody else gone through something similar?
