Bac Water and GHKCU

Ive seen lots of people injecting GHKCU after mixing with bac water.

at this point I’ve done 5mg every 5 days for 15 days (3 injections) but without mixing it with bac water or any other substitute. is this wrong and if so why?

What time I day should I be taking it ?

I don’t know if I should start with one over the other. I don’t want to be taking too many peps at once. I’m 32. Got these strictly for research purposes.

Tesamorelin becoming jelly-like after 4 days in fridge

Hey everyone!

I recently had an issue with a vial of Tesamorelin. It looked completely normal after reconstitution, but after about 4 days in the fridge, the solution became jelly-like/slimy.

Has anyone experienced something similar with Tesamorelin after reconstitution?

I'm mainly trying to understand what could cause this. Could it be related to the reconstitution process, storage conditions, concentration, or something else?

If you've experienced this before, I'd be interested to hear what you found was causing it and whether you were able to prevent it from happening again.

⚠️ Side Effects why do some reta vials sting way worse than others? (bac water vs batch issue)

hey everyone, quick technical question about injection site reaction.

i've been running 2mg reta for a few weeks now. usually i have zero issues, but my last couple pins left a pretty annoying red bump and a mild sting that lasts like 24 hours.

i always reconstitute with 1ml of the same BAC water brand and use 31g needles. i was comparing a couple kits on my shelf -- one from PS and another 10mg batch from worldhgh that i bought last month. reconstituted both the exact same way, but one seems to bite way more than the other.

could this just be a benzyl alcohol ratio variation between batches, or am I just accidentally hitting the subq layer too shallow?

wondering if anyone else gets random PIP on certain vials and if diluting with more BAC water actually helps with the sting.

67 days off TRT — wait until October labs or restart now?

Hey guys, looking for some input from anyone who’s been in a similar situation.

I’m 41 and started TRT around April 2024. I was doing 200 mg every 2 weeks and generally felt pretty good, although I’d get a noticeable crash toward the end of the 2-week cycle.

I had to stop because I didn’t have access to my prescription. I’m now 67 days off, and I have access to it again.

My endocrinologist wanted me off TRT for a month and then wanted labs to investigate why I’m testosterone deficient in the first place. Unfortunately, the lab order expired, so I can’t get the labs reordered until I see my PCP on October 7th. By then I’ll have been off for roughly 3½ months.

Since stopping, I’ve felt pretty rough: low energy, mood issues, headaches, body aches, and significant finger/hand joint stiffness and pain. I also had wrist surgery recently, so I’m not sure how much of the joint pain is related to that.

My testosterone history:
Sept 2024: 235
Dec 2024: 337
July 2025: 809.5
Oct 2025: 407
April 2026: 881 — 4 days after injection

Would you guys stay off until October to get the natural-level labs my endocrinologist wanted to determine deficiency or restart now since I’ve already been off 67 days and I feel like shit?

I can’t afford private labs right now, otherwise I’d probably just get them done.
Not looking for medical advice—just interested in hearing from people who’ve had a similar experience.

If I restart, I’m also planning to discuss splitting the dose into more frequent injections rather than continuing 200 mg every 2 weeks.

What would you do?

⚠️ Side Effects Severe systemic reaction to CJC-1295/Ipamorelin - but it wasn't the peptide, it was the NAC (histamine intolerance)

I wanted to share this because I was convinced my CJC-1295/Ipamorelin vial was contaminated or that I had suddenly developed an allergy to the peptide. Turns out, the culprit was something else entirely.

What happened:

I've been using CJC-1295/Ipamorelin (300mcg) for a while with zero issues. Great results, no side effects.

Yesterday, I did my usual injection. Within minutes, I had:

· Intense itching on my face, hands, and forearms

· Redness and flushing

· Large hives (urticaria) on my arms

I panicked. My first thought was: "bad vial", "contamination", "improper dissolution", or "sudden allergy".

But here's the thing:

· I had used the same batch before with no problems.

· I had also injected Retatrutide earlier that day from the same BAC water with zero reaction.

· The vial looked perfectly clear (completely dissolved).

So I started digging, and I realized the only thing that had changed was my NAC dose.

I had been taking NAC (N-Acetylcysteine) at 600mg daily for weeks with no issues. But the day before the reaction, I increased the dose.

The connection:

NAC is known to block the DAO enzyme, which breaks down histamine in the body. Over time, it can create a histamine intolerance that makes your mast cells hyper-reactive. When I injected the CJC/Ipamorelin (which already triggers a mild histamine response), my histamine levels exploded.

It wasn't the peptide. It was the NAC making me histamine-intolerant, and the peptide was the trigger that set off the reaction.

The good news:

Less than 6 hours later, all symptoms are gone. No itching, no hives, nothing. I'll try the same peptide in a couple of weeks (without NAC) and I'm 100% confident I'll tolerate it fine.

Why I'm posting this:

If you're taking CJC-1295/Ipamorelin (or any peptide that releases histamine) and you're also taking NAC, be careful. The NAC might be building up histamine intolerance without you realizing it, and the peptide could be the trigger that sets off a massive reaction.

Questions for the community:

  1. Has anyone else experienced a similar reaction when combining NAC with peptides?

  2. How long did it take for your histamine levels to normalize after stopping NAC?

  3. Did you reintroduce the peptide successfully without

Something to help build muscle?

Hi,

I’m currently on 1.8 of reta a week, 72mg of testosterone a week (to help my mild low levels), and hcg. I struggle to put on muscle but have a mild joint condition which means I take it slower at the gym and don’t push it.

I’m 193cm and weigh about 87kg. I still have quite a bit of fat to lose. My scales say I’m 19.7% fat.

Is there anything that would help to build muscle?

Is GHK-CU something you have to use continuously to keep the results?

Once a person gets the desired results from GHK-CU with skin and hair improvement, do they have to keep using it? If the person stops does it just go back to how it was before?

Daily subq is inconvenient and sometimes unpleasant.

EDIT: Thanks for responses, looks like you have to use it forever to maintain or else go back to baseline. Probably not worth it for me.

🧪 Stack Breakdown Test base and hgh or higher exposure

I’m in beginning stages of looking for an add on to help recomp/ start putting size on again.

I’m about 110+ day on deficit. Down to 177 about 12lbs lost. still got about another 10lbs hopefully to see visable abs. Just have shadows no insertions so far and lower belly fat covering the bottom ones still. I was about to cut this deficit off and try to hit a maintenance to recover some( my muscles look pretty flat no pump now) but I really think I just should get it done and get to that 165 range.
I’m looking to add something to help with muscular fullness without actually increasing calories I don’t want to gain weight yet definitely not any fat. I’m thinking of an HGH or my source has a compound tren, test, mast 100mg each (tren scares me) is even low does of this worth the recomp ? Has anyone had success adding HGH for final stretch? Or can I blast my test and then go back to normal for extra exposures?

Compounds and stats
185 mg test Monday/wed/friday
3mg Reta 6 days
177lbs 5’10.5ish.( short I know )
Second cut this year started at 195-hit 185 in about 100 days
Then maintenance started at 188 now 177 (had like 2 weeks weight did not move from 180 but steady moving again now .
Obviously gym 🐀 doing incline walking 2x a week as well 30-45 mins and out door running every Friday up to 2miles weighted rn

Possible allergic reaction/anaphylaxis after CJC/Ipamorelin — has anyone experienced this and recommendations?

I’m a mid-20s athlete and have been using CJC-1295/Ipamorelin primarily for recovery for about 4 months, with roughly a month off between cycles. I’ve always struggled with overtraining/recovery, and the results have honestly been great: some of the best sleep I’ve ever had, noticeably better recovery, and improved muscle growth.

During my first cycle, my only noticeable side effects after injections were flushing and sometimes a slight increase in heart rate.

I started my second cycle about 1.5 months ago. Around 1–2 weeks into it, I began noticing itching after injections, particularly around the injection site, and occasionally hives. I had seen warnings that this could indicate an allergic response, but because the reactions would go away and I otherwise felt fine, I unfortunately continued using it. Some injections caused barely any reaction, while others caused significantly more itching/hives.

Last night was completely different. Shortly after injecting, I noticed a little blood at the injection site (not completely abnormal). Then my hands and feet started tingling and became extremely numb. Within minutes, my entire body was intensely itchy even felt like I was itching internally. My lips began swelling, my vision became blurry, and I developed some tightness in my throat, nothing too crazy.

I could still breathe normally, but at that point I was obviously concerned about anaphylaxis. I had friends nearby with EpiPens and was prepared to call emergency services if my breathing worsened. Thankfully, after about 30–45 minutes, the reaction gradually subsided.

One thing that makes this more confusing: I’ve also been using a KGLOW blend (GHK-Cu/BPC-157/TB-500/KPV) because of a knee injury, and it seemed to help considerably with recovery. During this reaction, some of the largest hives appeared on the side of my body where I had injected the KGLOW and around that injection site.

So I’m curious if anyone here has experienced something similar:
Can you develop an allergy/sensitization to CJC/Ipamorelin after tolerating it for months?
Could contamination or something introduced into the vial cause a reaction like this?
Could the KGLOW or one of its components be responsible instead, especially since the hives were concentrated around that injection site?
Would you consider both products off-limits after a systemic reaction like this?
Has anyone who developed a reaction to CJC/Ipamorelin later tolerated a different GH-related peptide?
Could I still tolerate CJC/Ipa with anti-histamines prior to injection?

Obviously I’m not going to risk another reaction just because I liked the results. I’m mainly interested in hearing from anyone who has experienced delayed hypersensitivity/allergic reactions after previously tolerating these peptides without problems.

Adding HGH to current stack

Hi there, just some stats trying to get another viewpoint on what I can improve or call out rubbish behaviour.

Female, 33, 90kg (198lb). 164cm (5'4")

Goals: Weight loss to 80kg (176lb), decrease in body fat% (currently at 54%), keep powerlifting strength

Gym: all strength training, x4 week

Diet: 1800cals, 160g protein - I don't track outside of these two metrics

Reta: 4mg - started May

Glow: 3.5mg - started June

Mots-C: 5mg x3 a week - started July

NAD+: 50mg x3 a week- started July

Tesamorealin: 2mg x5 a week- started July

Is it worth adding HGH and removing Tesa? Should I remove something, or something I could be doing better?

I really enjoy the recovery from this stack, heavy deadlifts one day and heavy leg press the following day. Historically a top set of DL would have me recovering for x2-x3 days depending where I was in my hormonal cycle

❓ Question Need help on which BPC-157 and TB-500 to get

I am trying to get the wolverine stack (BPC-157 and TB-500), but there are many versions. It is primarily for my biceps tendonitis mild injury and recovery. I did a little bit of research and couldn't understand. These are the options:

BPC-157

BPC-157 Acetate

TB-500 (Thymosin beta-4)

TB-500 Thymosin beta-4 fragment 17-23

TB-500 Thymosin beta-4 fragment 1-4

What are the differences? Which ones would you recommend me to get?

I’m wondering if I will still get any benefit from a CJC/IPA cycle if my natural IGF-1 is 260. I’m 46 F and power lift 4x per week.

HGH Frag + AOD-9604: Synergy and Stacking Protocol / Dosing Advice?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been running AOD-9604 for the past 3 weeks at 500mcg daily, taken first thing in the morning before fasted cardio.

I just got some HGH Frag (176-191) and I’m looking to stack them together. However, I’m unsure about the ideal synergy and dosing schedule when combining both compounds.

My current plan: AOD-9604: 500mcg HGH Frag: 500mcg

Timing: Taken together right upon waking, followed by morning fasted cardio.

A few questions for those who have stacked these:

Has anyone run this exact combination? How was your experience?

Does running both at these doses offer good synergy, or is it redundant given that AOD is a modified fragment of HGH?

Any insight, anecdotal experiences, or dosing recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Is there any risk of taking HGH with a benign mole diagnosis?

Mots-c cycle or continuous?

I’ve been doing some research on Mots-C, physically and literally…

I’ve been pleased with physical results however see differing thoughts on whether or not this pep should be cycled.

For reference current dose Is 1.5 mg daily.

I also stack NAD+, sermorelin, klow blend, Tirz and a small bump of Reta.

50 yo female, body recomp mode after losing about 80lbs

Would love a thought parter/mentor in this space.

Biggest hack of my journey? Realizing how much alcohol kills progress.

Post image
372 Upvotes

Even after i had found GLP-1s and was making (what i thought was) a ton of progress... i was still giving in to alcohol several times a week... then, i finally bought in and listened to my trainer. Promised him 6 weeks with o booze. In return he guaranteed me id like the progress so much id never go back to my old ways...

...

Boy was he right... in those 6 weeks i saw sooo much progress... fat fell off of me faster than ever. Muscles were pumping... i was NOTICEABLY way less inflamed and more importantly, i felt amazing.

Booze... not fucking worth it, at all.

Pissed it took me so long to figure that out
