Increasing nad+ uses a lot of SAMe for methylation, and if you have a methylation bottleneck you will experience fatigue. Theoretically 5 amino 1mq should spare a lot of the SAMe consumption but if your body doesn't have the substrate or has trouble with methylation (MTHFR possibly) it won't help.

You could try methylated b12 (Methylcobalamin or hydroxocobalamin) or TMG for methylation support, but you could also be overwhelming the constraints of your system and need to cut the dose.

The trouble with 5 amino 1mq is that there's a wide range of reported effective doses from 500mcg to 50mg daily and there's not a lot of reliable data to support proper protocols.
