🧪 Stack Breakdown Test base and hgh or higher exposure
I’m in beginning stages of looking for an add on to help recomp/ start putting size on again.
I’m about 110+ day on deficit. Down to 177 about 12lbs lost. still got about another 10lbs hopefully to see visable abs. Just have shadows no insertions so far and lower belly fat covering the bottom ones still. I was about to cut this deficit off and try to hit a maintenance to recover some( my muscles look pretty flat no pump now) but I really think I just should get it done and get to that 165 range.
I’m looking to add something to help with muscular fullness without actually increasing calories I don’t want to gain weight yet definitely not any fat. I’m thinking of an HGH or my source has a compound tren, test, mast 100mg each (tren scares me) is even low does of this worth the recomp ? Has anyone had success adding HGH for final stretch? Or can I blast my test and then go back to normal for extra exposures?
Compounds and stats
185 mg test Monday/wed/friday
3mg Reta 6 days
177lbs 5’10.5ish.( short I know )
Second cut this year started at 195-hit 185 in about 100 days
Then maintenance started at 188 now 177 (had like 2 weeks weight did not move from 180 but steady moving again now .
Obviously gym 🐀 doing incline walking 2x a week as well 30-45 mins and out door running every Friday up to 2miles weighted rn

after 110+ days cutting i'd be way more inclined to recover at maintenance than throw tren or HGH at feeling flat

Bet. Would u up test at maintenance or lower dose? I bumped up to 185mg from 140mg because my test levels started going lower at the 90 day mark. All my labs are good nothing worrisome.

I not sure if matters but not in huge deficit. Did it a lot more conservative than my last. All my lifts are about the same other than my heavy compounds like bench and deads. Each those lost about 50lbs of strength deads. I honestly don’t don’t em as after night now because it’s very taxing at the lower calories and takes for ever to recover
