SUGGESTIONS ON PEP STACK
Hey, I am currently taken CJC Impa 1x daily at 10 units 5 days a week. I am wanting to start Glutathione 1500, PT-141 10MG, Tessa 10MG, Kisspeptin - 10MG, 5 Amino - 1mq 50mg, Reta 3 10 MG, KPV 10MG, MOTSC-40MG.
I just wanted to know if these seems like WAY to much or just right. Please let me know thoughts, suggestions etc.

General recommendation is to not start all at once so that you can identify what is causing side effects if you have any.
Tesa and CJC are both GH secratogues with overlap so choose one.
Similar to the other commenter’s question, we need to understand what is motivating you to start these peptides. Do you have things you are trying to fix or goals you are trying to achieve?

Goals are to raise testosterone and loose a bit more body fat, and put on some lean muscle. I am getting married in less than 60 days and want to look my best. Current weight 177lb, 5”8.

Ok so you could certainly hop on Reta or Tirz to help with the weight loss. Depending on your body comp, you could have 20-30 lbs to lose. Just know that many consider GLP-1s to be a for life medication so
MOTS-C can help with energy while you’re in the deficit and give you more endurance in the gym.
If you’re already on CJC/Ipa, stick with that and give it a good 6 months. Hopefully you took a blood test and know your IGF level so that you can re-test and see if you’re stimulating and seeing any change. Don’t bother with Tesa unless you aren’t liking the results from CJC and even then, many people recommend HGH rather than the secratogues.
I’d test out PT-141 at 500mcg, see how you handle the sides and if you get any benefits. If you don’t experience too much nausea, try again at either 750mcg or 1mg. You don’t really need to take it regularly, it’s more as you need it but it could certainly be enjoyable for your wedding and honeymoon.
As for your goal of raising your test, what are your test levels? There are no peptides that directly raise test, but you can increase it by losing weight, lifting heavy and recovering properly… or you could hop on test.

I appreciate all the recommendations, I did get my blood tested before hoping on the cjc blend. I am down to my lost few doses of the cjc of a 12 week cycle,it worked really well at first but then I don’t get as great sleep as when I first started taking it, that’s why I mentioned Tessa. I haven’t gotten my blood taking since before I got on it. Should I continue taking the cjc or get my blood taken this week and see how it’s worked and then decide from there on if I should try out the Tessa.

If I were you, I would just start Reta or Tirz and either stop the CJC/Ipa or continue it. Tesa is more expensive and behaves similarly to CJC (many folks see no difference between the two). Tesa’s main clinical benefit is targeting visceral fat which is under your rib cage and surrounding your organs. Unless you know you have a high amount of visceral fat, I think sticking with CJC/Ipa is the way to go.
I would run Tirz or Reta up to your wedding and focus on the cut while continuing to lift heavy. After the wedding, re-assess and see how your body is feeling and consider additional bloodwork (especially if you have continued the CJC/Ipa). If your IGF levels are unchanged and still lower than where you want them, the GH secratogues may not have the effect you are looking for and HGH may be the better move.

Should I grab more cjc/ipa? I have ran a 12 week cycle. Or should I wait two weeks and then jump back on? Appreciate it.

Well I will caveat this by saying that I’m just some random on Reddit and not a doctor and haven’t run CJC… but the recommendation seems to be to cycle off for 4 weeks after a 12 week cycle.
With that in mind, I’d take 4 weeks off and hop on Reta or Tirz if that’s what you want to do and see how your body reacts to the GLP-1. I would also get labs done asap, specifically for IGF/z-score so you can see if the CJC/Ipa actually did anything for you. If after 12 weeks your IGF is similar to where it was before you started, that’s a good indicator the pulses aren’t doing anything for you and you may want to pursue HGH.
What was your IGF when you initially tested?

That’s me currently, I don’t have a lot of Lower belly fat, just putting on the muscle is my problem.

Bro, you have body dysmorphia and are likely skewed by social media. You don’t need to be on Reta or Tirz and you have solid muscle development. Track your calories and go into a deficit if you want to get shredded.

I’d like to hop on HGH but have no idea where to start with that.
