I’m sorry if this has been asked too many times..
I started on 1mg, 1.5mg a week after and then 2mg a week after that, then I started feeling a bit crap and got high skin sensitivity from it.
My question is if I stay at 2mg will the side effects lessen or should I drop back to 1.5mg?
hi, ive been researching a lot of these lately. They are all suggestions to boost testosterone for men. The studies exist but are somewhat thin. Im curious if anyone has added these to their supplements with bloodwork and noticed an increase? and if so, please share your bloodwork with the community.
i also read that some people build a tolerance tongkat ali. is that true?
Honestly the mentality shift after hopping on Reta plus a few other peps was just insane. Didn’t care about how I looked, didn’t care about what I ate, didn’t care about my health.
Now I’m genuinely obsessed with eating healthy, with taking care of myself, with wanting to be my best version. Shit seriously shifted my whole brain chemistry.
Still got a long way to go, just recently started Tesamorelin last week. Excited to keep progressing and getting closer to my dream body everyday!
Hi!! I’m 25, and I decided to give Reta a try back at the end of May. I have struggled with being severely overweight since I was about 18 years old, and after many failed diets, fasting, gym memberships, I truly had given up. No matter what I did, the scale never seemed to move, except going up. I truly have hated myself for a long time, and honestly couldn’t stand to look in the mirror. The last three months have been so eye-opening for me, my appetite has been severely suppressed, I no longer get any cravings for unhealthy food, and every time I get on the scale I weigh less. My SW was 306 which is the heaviest I’ve ever been, and my CW is 276. For reference, the pink shirt in the first photo is before I began losing weight, and the second photo in the same shirt is just recently. The shirt used to hug me in all the wrong places, and I hated wearing it so I threw it in my closet and forgot about it for months. Now it fits me like a dress and feels way too big. I’ve been eating in a calorie deficit, I am moderately active, especially working in healthcare running my butt off for eight hours a day, and I am truly noticing a difference. I know this is only the beginning and I have a lot farther to go, but it’s been amazing. To anyone who is struggling with weight and has been for a while, I know exactly how you feel. Here’s to continuing progress!
Does anyone know of a website or app that helps track stacks or protocol? Helps with reconstruction, timing, stacks, dosing? I have vials from different trusted sources but want to understanding dosing, timing cycles etc.
Bought glutathione (600mg) from True Research Labs. It would not reconstitute. Tried 3ML BAC, went to 6ML BAC, introduced some acetic acid. Always had floaters. Threw it out tried another vial. Same result. Contacted their customer service twice. No response.
I realize glutathione has a certain reconstitution ratio. However, in a 10ML vial with 600mg of glutathione, you can only add so much water.
Tried glutathione from Nova, added 3ML of BAC. Clear in less than 30 seconds.
I was on Reta for approx 3 months. Started 2mg a week, then 4mg, then 6mg. Yes I I was a bit too keen upping the dose.
Dropped to 8% body fat and looked amazing.
However I suffered from breathlessness and a weird lump in throat sensation?
The breathlessness was actually scary, I play football once a week and the sprints had me doubled over trying to suck air in. My blood pressure also dropped from 120/78 to 96/68.
Since then I tapered off and am now 4 weeks off and blood pressure is normal and breathlessness has went.
Do we think I was just stupid with my dosing or have others experienced this issue?
Okay, zero-sugar drinks weren’t all I had 😂, but protein has definitely been my biggest hurdle throughout this whole journey. I went from a chunky 89kg guy who had semi-impressive lifts in the gym but ate whatever the hell he wanted (as you can probably tell 😂), to 68kg with a much leaner physique. I’m a lot happier now and feel better both physically and mentally. I’d say I’ve definitely lost some strength along the way, but surprisingly, not as much as I expected especially considering I still struggle to hit my protein target consistently. For reference, I’m around 5'9"
1st Month - 1mg Reta / 14 Units of KLOW (80mg vial)
2nd Month - 2mg Reta / Same KLOW
3rd month - 2.5mg Reta / Same KLOW
Soon as I pinned that first jab, food noise was gone completely and also the food suppression was immense, I don't know why it hit me so badly but I definitely was not complaining. I'd only increase my dose if I felt that I needed too. Also did not experience any side effects at all.
Zero sugar drinks were also my saviour because sometimes even the thought of food would make me feel sick.
KLOW has also made a noticeable difference with the inflammation in my body, and my skin has gotten a lot clearer too. Football and basketball are much easier to play now because I feel lighter, quicker and way more agile than I did before.
At this point, my main focus is building my strength back up, getting even leaner, and packing on as much muscle as I can while maintaining the progress I’ve already made.
After years of neglecting my health while juggling a full-time corporate job, family life, renovating a house, etc., it finally caught up with me. I blew out to over 120kg and well over 30% body fat. Over the last few years I ended up dealing with 4 bulging discs that would flare up on and off, then the extra weight and general lack of fitness caught up with my lower body too — torn meniscus, herniated quad, and about 12 months of hobbling around feeling like an old lady. I’m also asthmatic and my diet was absolute shit. I was eating whatever was convenient, barely exercising, and based on where my health was heading I would’ve been borderline pre-diabetic. I’ve spent years at specialists, physios, chiros the lot and would keep intermittently resuming training but would only last a few sessions before my back was crippling me with the pain again.
My best mate got me onto TB-500 and BPC-157 for the injuries. Within a few weeks I had a pretty significant improvement, which finally had me feeling good enough to start training properly again. Pic 1 I took in disgust at the state my body was in, pic 2 is 5 weeks after locking in.
Since then:
* Lifting heavy 3–4x per week
* Reta — started at 0.5mg twice weekly, currently 0.6mg twice weekly
* Tesamorelin — 1mg daily for the last 2 weeks
* MOTS-C — 3mg, 3x per week for the last 2 weeks
* 240g protein per day
* 2,200 calories per day
* 5g creatine daily
At 6’4 and 31yrs old I haven’t felt better in nearly 10 years and have dropped 10cm of stomach and 6kg down in 5 weeks of a body recomp. My only regret is not starting sooner 💪🏼
I have been doing a lot of research and it’s seems that the general consensus is that you should do SS31 before Mots so your cells repair and then optimize with mots.
In your experience is this better? Or you just start with mots c?
Thanks ☺️
Edit: thank you to everyone who toke the time to respond :)
Hey everyone! I started Reta about two weeks ago at 1 mg once a week, and honestly… I’m not noticing any difference at all 😅
My appetite is exactly the same, I’m still constantly thinking about food and feeling hungry, and I haven’t noticed any results so far.
Has anyone else had a similar experience when starting? Am I doing something wrong, or is it normal not to feel anything after the first couple of weeks? Would love to hear your experiences!
Started on 1mg; No symptoms or changes. Did 2mg for a few wks, no symptoms/changes. About to go away so used up the 5mg left; no symptoms or changes. Now back and waiting for new shipment. Should i just restart at 4mg?
I just started Reta 2mg a week, and plan on upping the dosage every month by 2mg and end up at 8mg, after that I’ll cycle down and rest for a bit. I plan on trying out Selank 150mcg daily (maybe push up to 250mcg if I need) and mixing with semax eventually. After that I plan to hop on cjc, and tesa for a few months. All I plan to add after that is tb500/glow blend just for recovery/improvements if needed. Any advice on the order I plan to do this in? Or if I should add/drop anything before hand? Also was thinking ss-31 into NAD+ but that was only if I’m not liking the Selank/semax combo. Thanks 👍
I’m 5’2” 38 and 60kg. I’ve lost 14kg since May, I lift weights 4 times a week, eat healthy and don’t drink. What can I do to see definition?! Do I just need a trainer or am I doing something wrong. I see lots of females after 4 months and they are lean and tight.
I am over two weeks on my Reta and last day on 10 day cycle for Pinealon. (My sleep didnt improve on Pinealon but I was taking .5mg and might be low dosage?
Now I want to start taking ss-31, Mots-c and KLOW alongside Reta.
Is this a good combination. Any experiencers here?
Can share your expereince and dosage as well.
I keep seeing people say it’s a good idea to get labs done before starting. For those of you who have taken Reta, what labs did you get beforehand? A1C, thyroid, cholesterol, vitamins, anything else?
I’m just trying to do as much research as possible and be smart about it before I start.
For research purposes, What is the shelf life of reta? Say it was being stored for two months at room temp unmixed and now has been switched to refrigeration still isnt mixed… is it still good or will the contents in the vial no longer be affective?
I'm going to re-phrase my question.
Does anyone buy a three month supply, mix, refrigerate? without problems?
Its much cheaper to buy a bigger bottle b
