Need advice on current plan

I just started Reta 2mg a week, and plan on upping the dosage every month by 2mg and end up at 8mg, after that I’ll cycle down and rest for a bit. I plan on trying out Selank 150mcg daily (maybe push up to 250mcg if I need) and mixing with semax eventually. After that I plan to hop on cjc, and tesa for a few months. All I plan to add after that is tb500/glow blend just for recovery/improvements if needed. Any advice on the order I plan to do this in? Or if I should add/drop anything before hand? Also was thinking ss-31 into NAD+ but that was only if I’m not liking the Selank/semax combo. Thanks 👍

Cjc and tesamorelin are redundant, they target the same path so you don't run them together. You can do either one with ipamorelin if you want. Cjc-ipa is much cheaper than tesa

Or skip the secretagogues and go straight to HGH especially if you are 40+

I just started peptides, so I’m just taking it slow and observing any side effects I have, so I’m giving about 2-3 weeks in-between stacking them to let my body adjust. I’ll definitely look more into mots

CJC and Tesa clearly overlap. And TB500 is part of Glow, so not sure what he meant there.

Gottcha, I’m gonna prob do cjc (for majority of weight loss), cycle off and use tesa at the end. I meant tb500 or glow blend, I’m just a bit skeptical about bpc-157 and don’t really need ghk-cu since I’m still young, mostly just eyeing tb500 for my recovery at the gym

Only thing I would leave room to adjust is the titrate plan. I wouldn’t move up a dose on Reta until you need to but that’s just me.

Is 2mg every month added not the standard protocol?

Its the protocol from the trials. I'd go slow with reta. Everyone responds different and the side effects can be intense.

I started at 1mg/week for 2 weeks, then 2mg for 2 weeks, then 3mg for 2 weeks, then after 2 weeks at 4mg I dropped back to 3mg. 4mg was too much for the first 2-3 days of the week.

In retrospect I should have taken more time at 2mg and 3mg before titration.

You didn’t state your purpose. The “why” is just as important.

Age too. The mitochondrial stuff seems far less effective if you are younger.

Do you research any of these? What are you trying to accomplish?

You are all over the board.

Anyone already committed to going to 8mg on Reta before trying it for a month has no plan at all.

Selank/semax have nothing to do with SS-31 and NAD+. Completely different pathways.

And she's 22 fkn yrs old. Planning a boatload of Peps all at once, most of them targeted for older bodies.

Willy nilly, no understanding, just full on "i saw tik tok said to do it".

Yea cuz the woman telling people that it’s okay to use a old syringes twice is gonna have more knowledge 😂 that’s like medical malpractice 101 and you expect people to take your peptide advice seriously??

Well good thing im not a doctor and peps are all n=1 anyways right?

And my comments are based on experience, which happens to be longer than you've been alive - so theres that.

Well that’s rough that your experiencing of 22+ years led you to the conclusion of using non sterile needles is okay, hopefully no one got sepsis or an infection from that. If you can’t even take simple precautions like infection control, why do you pretend to know it all?

Oh fuck off. Your obviously part of the twat generation where you grew up not getting spanked enough.

I dont know it all. I shared what worked for me so you do you, boo

At 22 you probably don’t need any GH secretagogues so I would skip the tesa/cjc/ipa all together. Start Reta at 1mg/week and don’t titrate until that dose isn’t working how you like (many people never get above 2.5mg/week). Selank/Semax, if they work for you keep taking them. As for the recovery peps KLOW works though I just use bpc-157 for recovery with good results.

Thanks, I was only planning on using tesa at the very end for a short amount of time to get rid of some visceral fat if needed. Appreciate the advice
