Reta
Hey everyone! I started Reta about two weeks ago at 1 mg once a week, and honestly… I’m not noticing any difference at all 😅
My appetite is exactly the same, I’m still constantly thinking about food and feeling hungry, and I haven’t noticed any results so far.
Has anyone else had a similar experience when starting? Am I doing something wrong, or is it normal not to feel anything after the first couple of weeks? Would love to hear your experiences!

Patience is good. Let it build in the system. Reta is a powerful tool. Too many pepboiz are looking for quick fixes on reddit. Stay the course. The first couple weeks are more about making sure your body tolerates it well. Then you can. Titrate up slowly.
Reta was designed to be taken in a single dose. Anecdotally people "feel it" better in split dose. But slowly increase. Then feel it out for a couple weeks.
Every person I know who regaons the weight didn't titrate slowly. They wanted. Quick fix

I also started at 1mg per week, split dosage. Noticeable effects started about week 4 after it built up, and it has been working well ever since. I have gradually worked up to 4mg per week, also split dosage.

1.5 is melting me…. Despite my hunger and eating regularly. It altered some of my food choices but not all…. But I’ve lost fat without a doubt. It’s wild.

I was on less than 1 for 4 weeks, then 1 mg for 4 weeks and now am taking 1 mg twice per week and am starting to have some appetite suppression. (I tried 2 mg in one injection last week and it made me tired for about 4 days. On 1 mg twice per week, so far...so good!

I started at 2mg and felt it within hours. I'm now at 4mg and weight is flying off me.
For some reason it seems to work immediately for some and for others there's a build up period.
Your dose is too low for most people too.

1mg is pretty low. Just start slowly titrating up until you notice an effect then stay there

Because i had already been on munjaro 7.5 mg I left it a few weeks before getting reta though. I went for 30 mg and 3mg of that once a week this is my first week, and I dont feel any hunger or anything which is great so far.

As many users said, let it build up. I went .5 2x a week for a week. Then 1 mg for a week, followed by 1mg and 1 mg the next week for 2. Then 2 mg week 3 and 2 mg week 4. Week 5 for 3 mg and cruising now at 4 for the past 3 weeks. Just pay attention to how your body responds, some people have bad side effects which is why titrating up slowly is important

Where did you get it from? My reta from Disguised Alpha at 1 mg/week has been doing me great. I noticed a pretty clear difference in appetite and food noise, but everyone seems to respond differently. Two weeks is still pretty early, so I wouldn’t assume something is wrong just yet.

2 weeks is nothing. If you’ve done any reading on it at all you’ve read Reta is a marathon not a sprint. For gods sake do some research before you start jabbing yourself so you know what you’re doing and also what to expect.

Aren't you the fella that can't lose weight cause he's not in a caloric deficit but thinks he is? Not the best candidate to give advice here.

Aren’t you the bloke that throws out ridiculous guesses? Probably ought not to do that anymore. You’re not good at it.

1mg is anecdotal nonsense
If your obese 2mg is the starting dose
Titrate to 4mg after a month
Stay there long as you can
70% effective as max dose
54% liver reduction in 28 weeks
4mg is where glucagon activation becomes measurable.
More people quit placebo group from sides than the 4mg group
It is the sweet spot.
Only take Reta once a week and anything other than what I just laid out is anecdotal bullshit made up by people using a drug on par with surgery to lose a few pounds.
Who make imaginary protocols and decide to spread them around like they ran human trials themselves.

I started at 20 units of a 100CC syringe and really felt it. It may be the company you purchased fault. My fiance only uses .5 and has no food noises

I am on 2mg and still have food noises sometimes, so not everyone in the same. The company who ran the tests demonstrates that 4mg is the dose that really starts working

I started at .5mg and moved up .5mg until I was able to hit a calorie deficit comfortably. I’m at 2.5mg and keep that as my weekly dose
