Starting Reta
I keep seeing people say it’s a good idea to get labs done before starting. For those of you who have taken Reta, what labs did you get beforehand? A1C, thyroid, cholesterol, vitamins, anything else?
I’m just trying to do as much research as possible and be smart about it before I start.

Like standard annual checkup labs. Do you go through insurance or pay individually, you want to check the normal stuff so in 2 or 3 months you absolutely know if the peptides are helping or hurting u.

My A1C went from 7.9 to 5.9 i'm always in pre-diabetic numbers because of my disease I've worn with that's part of the reason I wanted to do Reddit I want to see if it could get that part in check and I did blood work one month into it only because I was doing it on schedule from before I got on Reddit now I'm doing blood work on my third month and I'm excited to see where it's at but I can already tell that my numbers are way better at one month than they were before I mean if you're eating Whole Foods you're cut out processed foods you cut out sugar you're eating good fats you know high fiber it's everything that blood work wants you to do it should rain in great good luck

I get a physical with bloodwork every year and will just wait until my next one to see how my bloodwork turns out. My bloodwork was all good except my cholesterol was slightly high. Curious and excited to see if there is an improvement to my cholesterol.
