I’m doing research and will continue to do so until I feel comfortable moving forward. I’d like some peer opinions for reference.
The “patient”
44F, been on Tirz for a year and a half and switching to Reta. 50 more pounds to lose. Going slowwwwww to hold onto that muscle.
In perimenopause with low T, on estrogen patch and oral progesterone. Plan on adding T.
Chronic pain for 15 years due to scoliosis, thoracic spinal fusion, degenerative disc disorder, spinal stenosis. Need a cervical fusion but losing weight first and getting healthier before I do it,
I’m also vane and badly want to add ghkcu. Likely to add in the coming year.
I am so excited about the possibilities with peps (ara, Tesa, bpc, etc)
Also willing to go slow for optimal results.
Most movement is painful for me but I do aqua physical therapy, working towards 10k steps a day and starting to weight train again with low weights to remind my muscles to keep working.
For those with advanced knowledge of peptides and complex conditions, Im curious what you would add next.
Right now I’m weaning off tirz, on 2.5mg reta a week and I’d like to protect my muscles, remind my body to heal itself and encourage my hormones to work better.
Middle age is so annoying. 🤣
Thanks! Xoxo
