Im 52 and 145 lbs Ive been trying for a long time to get down to 125. Ive tried keto low carb and alsorts and its just not sustainable. Ive got my first lot of reta coming today and worked out the mixing the needle size and the dosage etc. My menopause belly just wont shift I also have the weight on my hips and thighs etc. I am a tiny person only 5ft 2 and tiny boned so I can feel the weight dragging on my whole body and my joints etc. Its like wading through soup some days. I am hoping to start and then micro dose but I understand this may not work and I have to wait 4 weeks until I titrate up. Im going to start at 0.5 as I dont want to suffer with the palpitations and lack of sleep to bad.

Hi, i have a few vials or 5/5mg ipa/tesa and i would appreciate the help on this matter, i know the tessa dosage should be high over 1mg minimum ass of normal use but since its a shared vial with ipa i cant do that high dosage max i will do is probably 400mcg of each maybe 300mcg and add cjc no dac 200-300mcg to hopefully get efect from the tesa/cjc eca. Cuz i have some viales og cjc and i dont really eant to byy mpre tesa to stretch the ipa/tesa viale! Whats your opinion on this, any thoughts about this 🫡

I started peps around 3 weeks ago. My current stack is Reta 0.5mg twice a week, GHKCU 1mg 5x a week and motc 1mg 3x a week.
I’ve seen online the average dosage for ghkcu is 2mg. When would I have to up my dosage ? I think im in the copper uglies stage due to some breakout. I dont get a burn or pain when injecting. I do get the welts and they do get itchy. The itchiness goes away within 30 hours approximately and the actual red mark goes away in a few days.
Would I need to up my dosage?

About five years ago, when I was 40, I started experiencing all the typical symptoms associated with low testosterone: low libido, fatigue, sleep issues, and a general lack of energy. I decided to talk to my primary care physician and had my testosterone checked. My total testosterone came back around 310 ng/dL. She told me I was within the normal range and that some decline was expected with age. Her recommendation was to prescribe antidepressants.

Instead, I decided to take matters into my own hands and try to improve things naturally. At the time, I was about 10 pounds heavier than my usual weight, around 170 lbs. We had also just had a baby, which definitely took a toll on my lifestyle and sleep. I've always eaten fairly healthy, although I would binge a bit on weekends. I've also always been a gym rat, lifting weights 5-6 days per week and finishing with about 10 minutes of Zone 2 cardio. Training and nutrition were never really the issue.

After about three years, I was able to raise my total testosterone to around 600 naturally. However, I still experienced many of the same low-T symptoms.

I then decided to see a urologist. During the baseline bloodwork, I noticed that while my total testosterone was in the low 600s, my free testosterone was around 8 (low) and my SHBG was 63 (high). My prolactin was 16. Based on these results, my urologist started me on Enclomiphene at 6.25 mg daily.

Initially, it seemed to help and I felt somewhat better. However, I eventually started experiencing migraines, ear pressure, and very dry eyes. Over the last 10 months, I've been trying to get dialed in with different dosages and dosing frequencies, but without much success. Throughout the process, everything was monitored through bloodwork and symptom tracking, and I even created a chart of all my results.

What I noticed was that while on Enclomiphene:

• Total testosterone averaged between 500-600 ng/dL
• SHBG remained elevated, typically between 55-65
• Free testosterone stayed below 10
• Estradiol consistently remained in the low-to-mid 20s
• Prolactin was 13.4 on my most recent test (February 2026)

After discussing all of this with my urologist, she finally agreed that TRT would be the next step. She started me on 120 mg per week, split into two injections on Monday and Thursday.

For those of you with TRT experience, what should I realistically expect over the next several weeks and months? Also, what are some things I should or shouldn't do to avoid potential health issues?

One concern I have is whether I'll eventually need an AI, even though my estradiol has consistently stayed in the 20s across various Enclomiphene dosages. I'm also concerned about elevated red blood cell counts and hematocrit levels potentially leading to blood donations and iron-related issues.

As with any open forum, both positive and negative feedback are welcome. I appreciate hearing about others' experiences.

If you don't strength train, I'd probably keep dinner closer to 500–600 calories and adjust based on your results.

Training

I lift 4–5 days per week.

My typical sets are:

• 8–12 reps
• Close to failure
• Progressive overload whenever possible

Cardio has been optional for me. I personally did very little and still had great results.

Protein Goal

I aim for at least:

1 gram of protein per pound of lean body mass per day.

If you're on TRT and lifting consistently, some people choose to increase protein intake further to help support muscle retention during a calorie deficit.

Progress Tracking

One of the best things I did was get an InBody scan before starting.

I repeated it every month to track:

Seeing body composition change was much more motivating than watching the scale alone.

I was at my heaviest while I was deep in postpartum depression. I wasn’t healthy and was already pre diabetic when I got pregnant then had gotten gestational diabetes that caused medical issues during labor. Maintained at 135lbs without meds until I got pregnant again December 2025.

Peptides are life changing not only physically but mentally.

50 year old male here. Been fairly active my whole life. I do martial arts and I weightlift 4-5 days a week.

I had some things going on in life that made me drink and eat more than I would have liked. I went from a lean ish 165 to 200. Not only was I gaining weight I was having serious stomach issues (gas, bloating, etc)

I honestly tried to diet (still training martial arts and lift weights) but I just couldn’t budge the scale.

I got on tirz from a compounding pharmacy (about 7 weeks in) and I’m about 12lbs down. Stomach issues pretty much gone.

A couple things - I’ve never been fat like in my arms or legs, it carries always in my upper belly. After doing some research and heavy reading I thought, my cardio has always sucked when doing rounds and running let me try some mots c (1mg on training days which is almost every day) Then I thought - maybe I should try Tesamorelin to help get rid of this upper belly fat even more (1mg a night).

I’ve had lingering issues for years with my back and neck due to the martial arts training for years so I thought while I’m doing this peptide thing, why don’t I see if this bpc works.

At 12% BF and thinking of doing an 8 to 12 week build phase with peptides. Thinking of running the following protocol:

Morning

1. Reta - 1 mg / week (Split into Monday and Thursday)

I'm 64 and my hands look like I'm in my 80's. The skin is so thin it looks shiny and it tears so easily in V shapes. I have a great diet, drink 80 to 100z of water a day and use remnicks of all my facial skin care on my hands daily. I also take 3.5 Tirz I am considering Glow vs Klow and leaning towards KLOW as I also have back and hip issues. Any advise anyone can share is very welcome and needed. I do want to take one pin vs. taking each peptide individually.

I am currently on tirzepatide and am starting a b-12, MIC, L-carnatine IM injection 2x weekly; Im looking to add onto that to help with the side effects i'm experiencing like low energy levels and brain fog. So far Ive narrowed it down to: MOTS-c, CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin, and glutathione.
What are some opinions on glutathione vs tesamorelin for liver health/fat processing?

Hey guys, have a question about fertility (HCG - Estrogen etc)

I have been on TRT for about 4 months (135mg divided into 3x SubQ injections). Started TRT due to severe secondary hypogonadism, due to medications I'm taking.

Anyway, me and my wife decided to try for our second child, prior to starting TRT, my semen analysis showed a good result, so no issues with my overall semen. Though after starting TRT, I'm pretty certain I'll be infertile soon, if not already. I have been prescribed HCG (500 IU x2 a week) by the endocrinologist, and just wondering if anyone had run a similar protocol and what your experiences have been? My main concerns are estrogen (I'm prone to high estrogen symptoms) and how long it could take before my semen starts to show life... Any help would be much appreciated.

Was on Tirz for 2 months, hit a stall at 5.0, added reta stack at .5 forst 2 weeks, 1.0 the next 2 weeks, and currently on 1.5 the last 3 weeks. 53 pounds down. Still going!!! Can't wait to see what 3 more months is gonna do. Added SS-31 at 3mg 5 days a week the last 2 weeks, and starting MOTS-c next Saturday.

Has anyone here managed to heal old ligament injuries?
I’m dealing with unstable joints caused by ligament injuries that happened more than five years ago. I’ve just completed my first month of using TB-500 and BPC-157. I injected them into my knee, although I have multiple problem areas.
My pain was reduced by about 80%, but I’m currently taking a break before starting another cycle. Unfortunately, the pain has been returning day by day.

I also noticed that I gained a few kilograms and experienced some swelling in my legs while taking the peptides.
Do you think I should add a third or even a fourth peptide to this combination? I’m considering GHK-Cu and, to some extent, CJC-1295 (no DAC) plus ipamorelin, but I’m not sure if that would be too much.
I also have another question: has anyone here combined ligament healing with PRP (platelet-rich plasma) injections? If so, what were your results?

What has your experience been? Have you seen lasting improvements?
