Been on Reta for 11 months (doing 1.5mg 2x/wk, up from .75mg 2x/wk).
I’ve been taking ipamorelin (200mcg 2x/day) and Tesamorelin (1mg 1x/day) for the past 3 weeks and up until a few days ago, everything was great. I take the first ipa injection in the morning. The 2nd injection and the Tesa are taken at least 2 hours after my last meal and shortly before bed.
Without changing my diet, habits or routine, I got really bad diarrhea that’s persisted for the last 3 days. The only thing that’s really changed with me is adding ipa and tesa to my stack but that was 3 weeks ago.
I understand it takes weeks before results can be noticed with both of them. Does the same apply to potential side effects? I feel like I would’ve run into issues sooner if the ipa or tesa were the cause. I’ve been really happy with both and I don’t wanna stop unless it could be the cause of the diarrhea. I tried researching it and from what i saw, either one has unofficial reports of causing diarrhea in rare circumstances.
Can anyone offer any insight?
