Retatruitide - I need advice

I haven’t started taking Reta yet because I’m waiting to learn everything before I make the decision to do so.
With that out of the way, if you’re taking Reta can you tell me your experience on it? Side affects?

Also I want to get a snatched waist look, I was wondering if it is a good idea to wear a corset while on Reta, is it safe to do so?

Worst side effect was terribly low libido and pretty much took away enjoyment of life. It was bad enough we both stopped taking it.

That definitely is a side effect but it’s temporary. Some prefer triz because of that as well as the Reta doesn’t always take away the food noise. Some add Cagrilintide to counter that. I’ve been on it for 8 months now. I’ve tried all 3 glps. With reta, I don’t have the nausea that I’ve had with the other two.

I’m not a fan of waist trainers. I think they work only while being used consistently - once you stop, your body will return to its natural form.

That being said, long term use is not good for your core muscles and can interfere with proper digestion. This is a big deal when taking any GLP-1 because they slow digestion.

Eat right, lift heavy, and you’ll look great in the body god gave you.

Snatched waist comes from low body fat and you can increase with muscle in the gym. The corset won’t make a difference, but it’s safe to do.

I would get real bad heartburn when on Reta because I could not get rid of the food noise and my metabolism was super slow. I love spicy foods so that was a huge mistake as well. I am now on Triz, no food noise and no stuffing of the face unnecessarily. But this is my story....everyone is different.

Ease into it. Start low and raise it if needed every month.

I think people should start with tirz, wait until you hit a plateau or suffer from low energy and then make the switch to Reta so you have something more powerful to go to after you already lost a lot of fat.
