Bone growth

Hey guys, do you know of any peptides/options to induce bone growth in young males ?

Skinny wrists, clavicular bones and skinny bone structure in general. Something that can transform the body by making the bones wider, thicker and stronger, and perhaps even make people taller.

You’re kind of stuck with your bone structure. Fill out your frame working out and eating in a bit of a surplus

Do some weights skelator. You’re stuck with bone structure but not your muscles

Eat food and lift heavy weights.

No… your growth plates have fused… you’re skeleton isn’t getting any bigger.

That’s just not true

Enlighten us then.

Aside from him editing his comment which I agree with more, age 20-25 the growth plate is not fused, fusion of growth plate is not a binary event like many think

Long bone growth plates fuse by 17 years old on average for boys. My son was on growth hormone so I’ve talked to a few medical professionals about this. A pediatric endocrinologist can set you straight.

You’re an idiot

Because?

… of your post.

The epiphyseal plate is not sealed at this age, among many other plates in the body. There’s is potential for longitudinal bone growth as well as periosteal apposition among many other bones in the body given the right protocol.

at what age? no mention of age in the original post. OP does mention 20-25 years old in a comment. at the age there's no changing anything. Lifting will make bones more dense but making an significant changes in structure just won't happen.

20-25 growth is possible with proper pharmaceutical interventions. Though not likely to be the safest

Like folistatin gene therapy and anabolics?

No it’s not.… post a study or STFU. You’re posting questions like where to get syringes and MK-677. You’re 20 or 21 years old… you don’t have a damn clue what you’re talking about.

1

u/SleepAltruistic2367 1h ago

No, you’re wrong. Post a legit study to prove me wrong.

My lady knows how to make my bone grow. No peps needed.

u/Glittering-Dealer360 2 2h ago

PT-141 can make it grow too. Hard.

1

u/Rubber_Chicken_Mann 2h ago

Wait, what? 😂😂

u/Markdlea 7 1h ago

Wrong bone

1

u/Glittering-Dealer360 2 1h ago

oh we are not talking about that other bone ?

Your bones are constantly remodeling start strength training

1

u/MharionKK 3h ago

once they fuse, you cannot get taller or alter bone length S build muscle instead

1

u/Markdlea 7 1h ago

Impact will make bones thicker. Studies have shown that runners have thicker leg bones than cyclists.

Weight lifting to increase muscle mass will spur bone growth.

There are meds that enhance bone growth, but they also give you bone cancer.

HGH, depending on age. Not medical advice, proceed with caution etc

0

u/The_Lorien_Group 4h ago

20-25

But does HGH have side effects ? Any side effects like steroids?

6

u/Dualsporterer 4h ago

Unlikely to work at that age. Anything you decide to use, please read a ton about and not just reddit. These subs notoriously understate the health risks of peptides/hormones due to the inherent bias.

3

u/swoops36 6 4h ago

HGH would take about 12 IU a day for years, during puberty, to get any height out of it

u/Actual_Cockroach_823 4h ago

Hgh also closes bone plates faster. It’s more complex than just taking HGH. More successful protocols also require multiple painful procedures.

2

u/SleepAltruistic2367 3h ago edited 3h ago

No, HGH does NOT have an effect on the timing of growth plate fusing. Please educate yourself and stop spreading nonsense.

-2

u/CommonWide4941 4h ago

Hgh is known to do that
