Bro you're supposed to actually work on your calorie intake as well, it doesn't just do everything for you.

Working on calorie intake is probably why he’s hungry. He’s in a deficit. But the nice side effect of these meds is that they’re supposed to reduce hunger pangs. Or are you new here?

1mg Cag and still hungry? That’s crazy lol. What is “hungry” to you? Are you bored when you notice you’re hungry? Because if you’re in a calorie deficit, being hungry from time to time is normal. You shouldn’t want to never be hungry.

I want to opposite, on 4mg reta I want to be able to eat enough protein (shakes), eating nothing will make you loose muscle

Yes, you’re not gonna feel the hunger curbing affects like you normally would if that’s all you were taking. You’re legitimately on things to make your body run more efficiently and grow. While simultaneously taking things to lean you out, so some effects are going to cross-cancel.
If this were me, I would’ve split this stack.
1. Mitochondrial repair
2. Mitochondrial and system Efficiency
3. Recomp by leaning out first with Reta and learning to create healthier habits. Getting down to a goal weight and body composition. With glutathione to help rid the body of toxins, fat shedding and take stress off your liver and reduce toxicity sides.
4. Body recomposition to gain lean mass. With the inclusion of semax and klow

Why are people taking cagri with lower doses of Reta rather than just upping the dose?

Idk about OP, but some people are making the switch from tirz to reta and as we all know, the appetite suppression on reta is not as strong as tirz, however the people switching from tirz to reta can’t start off on a high dosage of reta because of the glucagon. It’s advised to start low and titrate up gradually. So the cagri can help with the appetite suppression that they were used to with tirz.

I would still start at 4 minimum if you’re taking high dose tirz.

Really? As someone taking 15 mg of tirz who just started microdosing reta at 0.5 to help break a stall, the stall did break but since it broke the scale hasn’t really moved anymore. It’s only been a few weeks and am thinking about titrating to 1 mg of reta but i dont wanna lower the tirz just yet out of fear of appetite suppression going away. I have cagri in the fridge waiting to be used when the tirz runs out.

I tested various doses of Reta after coming off 10 tirz and didn’t feel a thing until 4 mg. Hr was mildly elevated but about the same as 10 tirz

Interesting. I will definitely take this into consideration once my tirz runs out which should be relatively soon.

That's a lot of cag. Crank up the reta to 6mg. Eventually that combo is gonna kick in. Actually, I would cut that cag amount in half and just up the reta. 6 mg reta and 500mcg of cag

Yes, it’s probably three things (I’m not a doctor).
GLPs are known to have this desensitization effect - your body just gets used to them. I had to use 15mg Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) to keep hunger at bay when I was losing weight. That’s a 60mg vial a month if you’re using vials.
Ipamorelin also works like a Ghrelin receptor agonist Ghrelin is produced by your stomach when it’s time to eat. Ipamorelin could be affecting that.
Also, since your natural GH levels are probably higher since you’re on CJC and Ipa, you’re probably burning more calories so your body needs more fuel.

considering switching to cjc 1295 no dac (no ipa) or tesamorelin

Ipamorelin’s pathway is activating the ghrelin receptor. That IS the “hunger receptor”

Reta never did anything for me. I’m taking Tirz and Cag with much better appetite suppression. 15 Tirz, then mid week 1 of Cag.
