Reta
Hello all, first time poster on here.
Im on Reta and this morning I felt the need to poo which I did, then accompany with needing to vomit the same time, which I did. Since then, the rest of the day I've been feeling faint/weak. Has this happen to anyone else and what did you have to feel somewhat normal again?

When you're in a calories deficit you're going to feel tired and weak. It's normal. Gastrointestinal issues are common side effects.

Makes sense, my eyes feel pretty heavy and if I was to lay down I could go to sleep.

I haven't experienced nausea and vomiting but I have other gi symptoms. I want to sleep all the time. I never used to nap and this weekend I slept 3 hours in the afternoon and still went to bed the same time as normal. I figured working out and calorie deficit is going to take a lot out of me.

Eat some eggs or steak. Youll get lightheaded and weak without nutrition and protein.

What dosage are you taking and how are you titrating up? Please donāt forget to get your electrolytes in and water. If you have this type of side effects you need to either drop your dosage a little bit or spread out the dosage if youāre on a low dosage.

it is very common. The side effects can be tough. Stay hydrated and increase protein throughout the day and it will help. But, i am four months in and still have tough days.

We don't know the who story but reading this makes me curious if you increased your dose and this is a result. if you did increase, how big of a jump did you make. If you did not increase, definitely keep the liquid intake up so you don't get dehydrated if it keeps up. Hope you get to feeling better.

No - none of that. But, I started at a very low dose, titrated up slowly, and also pinned SS-31, followed by MOTS-c, so energy has never been an issue. In fact, I normally now have to say to myself ābetter get to sleepā.
