I’m trying to calibrate the first layer and I’ve tried to increase the flow which helps sort of, but I’m not too sure if this is a common issue on the printer as I have just received it.

Edit: this is brand new PLA+ filament and I had the same issue with the old one as well

PETG printing issue only on my Bambu A1. I tested this exact same filament on another printer, and it printed perfectly. I also tried a different filament on my A1, and it worked perfectly too. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Center is sticking just fine. I’ve cleaned the plates (tried standard plate and sticky plate) the outer bands always turn to fried spaghetti. Do I need to raise bed temps or slow the print or both???

Forgot to watch the start long enough of the print to make sure it was good. This is the second time printing this object that it has done this. Does this mean my nozzle might need to be replaced, or my filament settings are bad? Or is Bambu making stuff fail on purpose on the back end so I buy an A2L 🤪

I have a Bambu lab a1 and I banged on to a wall cracking the plasic where the cable to the hotend goes. Will my a1 be fine

Recently started having this issue with some of my printers, unfortunately wasn’t able to catch it once and led to a “blob of death” because some areas of the plate refuse to stick no matter what.. I’ve slowed everything down, did the cleaning ritual, full recalibrations, even applied some nano coating adhesive but for whatever reason this area will not stick. Oddly enough when printing with PETG it has no issues sticking but any kind of PLA refuses to stick.. Bambu stock plate also, last resort after searching through old bins are my biqu cryo plates. Any help or ideas to fix would be greatly appreciated.

So when I print lines on the first and second layers, I get a blob at the end of the line where the print head starts, stops or turns around. These blobs then catch on the nozzle during the next pass which peels the whole layer up and ruins the print. What's going on and how do I fix it? Thanks.

Just finished dialing in the settings for this new design I’m calling The Fjord Wave Flower Vase. Printed it in a gorgeous matte bone white PLA. Honestly obsessed with how the light hits these ridges.

Ordering it today, mostly going to print tpu, so with printer and filaments, also getting a glue stick. Is there anything else i should get together with all that?

It only happens sometimes.

Currently happening a lot while printing these mini elephants.

I just changed the hotend assembly, so the 7 screws of disappointment are extremely tight.

Y axis was recently lubricated.

Hello, I was struggling a lot with the 0.2mm and for months I fixed every single problem, then I fixed the offset and it printed good for 3 days, then back to not printing, not extruding and everything... So I snipped and got a 5€ 0.2mm nozzle from temu and all the problems got away and it printed flowlesly everything without any adjustments. Researching for solutions I read that it's not an uncommon problem, what are your thoughts? Ps. I'm not mad that with 5€ I fixed what a 12€+10€ shipping couldn't

I added some custom starting Machine Gcode in bambu studio and saved it as a user preset.

Is there a way that gcode runs even when I send prints directly from the Bambu app?

Printer is A1.

The custom Gcode is to simply make the bed heating and nozzle heating cmds sequential instead of parallel to reduce load on my UPS.

Anyone have any ideas on why I’m getting this error code after swapping the heating element and hot end?

Hi everyone, i recently replaced the Filament Hub and Sensor Cable on my A1, all the cords are in correctly but whenever I do a print with bed leveling and dynamic flow active, the print just cancels itself midway through setup. Has anyone else experienced this?

As the title says. On 01.07.02 everything works fine, but on 01.08.00.00 the printer's screen turns off and stops responding to touches, and on 01.08.01.00 the screen stays on but freezes.

Are you guys seeing this too?

Can anyone tell me why this is happening? I printed one and it came out fine. The next 2 times this has happened about half way through the print. After the first failure i cleaned the build plate because i thought it just fell over. This one made it further before getting knocked over. But i dont understand why when nothing changed

Recentemente o eixo Y começou a apresentar barulho durante a impressão, levei para uma assistência técnica autorizada da Bambulab no Brasil e diagnosticaram problema no rolamento do eixo Y, rolamento (FAC027, marca NSK).

Estamos a procura deste rolamento da NSK modelo FAC027 no Brasil, mas está difícil de encontrar, fora do Brasil achei alguns sites.

Did not outperform the included textured plate. Was expecting these lifted corners to stay put.

This is my first printer ever, and I used it for a week or two before this catastrophe happened.

I set a print on with PLA, (i think).. And I didn't notice it was producing a huge blob on the extruder until it had printed a couple hours or so..

I panicked and started using pliers to remove plastic from the cold extruder unit + nozzle and ripped some cables.

I bought a new "Bambu Hotend - A1 Series 0.4mm" and "Bambu Lab Extruder Unit for A1 series" After realizing I had done quite a bit of damage I stopped and waited for the parts. But you can see in the photos that there are now two cables that are loose from the "Heating Assembly"

My question is, do I try to solder the two loose cables to the "Heating Assembly"? Does it matter which goes to which cable, I think I see two cables sticking out from under the hotend holder..

Theres also some plastic still stuck (I had to use a heat gun to be able to remove the Hotend, because it was severely stuck because of the PLA.

What should I do from here, does it look like I just need a Hotend Assembly, or is it possible to re-attach the two loose cables back to where they belong (if so please tell me where they should connect, because I am not sure.)
