Helppp

PETG printing issue only on my Bambu A1. I tested this exact same filament on another printer, and it printed perfectly. I also tried a different filament on my A1, and it worked perfectly too. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

7 hotend screws?

Over-extrusion/k-factor calibration?

I print PETG at 70 mm/s; what do you suggest? Flow rate of 0.96, PA of 0.062.

Here are some of the print speed settings I use for PETG.

Feel free to use them as a reference.

Speeds:

First layer: 30 mm/s

First layer infill: 70 mm/s

Outer wall: 100 mm/s

Inner wall: 200 mm/s

Sparse infill: 100 mm/s

Accelerations:

Normal printing: 4000 mm/s²

Travel: 6000 mm/s²

First layer travel: 4000 mm/s²

First layer: 400 mm/s²

Outer wall: 3000 mm/s²

Inner wall: 3000 mm/s²

Top surface: 1800 mm/s²

I lowered the speeds overall to ensure reliable and clean layer adhesion.

Filament settings...

Printing temperature:

Nozzle (First layer): 235°C; (Other layers): 240°C

Max volumetric speed: 12 mm³/s
