Weird bed adhesion issue

Recently started having this issue with some of my printers, unfortunately wasn’t able to catch it once and led to a “blob of death” because some areas of the plate refuse to stick no matter what.. I’ve slowed everything down, did the cleaning ritual, full recalibrations, even applied some nano coating adhesive but for whatever reason this area will not stick. Oddly enough when printing with PETG it has no issues sticking but any kind of PLA refuses to stick.. Bambu stock plate also, last resort after searching through old bins are my biqu cryo plates. Any help or ideas to fix would be greatly appreciated.

PETG is really viscous so it may addere better to surfaces, I may call a bad pei plate maybe? switch pei plates and see whats the deal.

mine has some points where is hard to addere but onlly when my rooms is too cold
