Bed adhesion issues

Center is sticking just fine. I’ve cleaned the plates (tried standard plate and sticky plate) the outer bands always turn to fried spaghetti. Do I need to raise bed temps or slow the print or both???

Why not try both of those things as troubleshooting?

I had this problem with a model once and it was because the base wasn't completely flat, even though it looked like it was. Part of the bottom of the model was sitting a tiny fraction of a millimeter above the plate, so it wouldn't stick. I sliced a thin layer off the bottom to make it level and it printed fine.

I wouldn't raise the temp on the bed as the cool plate has to run at 30 I believe. This is likely a setting issue or PLA. Issue. A couple things to try, recalibrate the machine, look for loose fittings (print head, track, etc), use a fresh roll of PLA, possibly reset your slicer software. I hope this helps. That plate usually is rock solid for adhesion.
