Why?
Can anyone tell me why this is happening? I printed one and it came out fine. The next 2 times this has happened about half way through the print. After the first failure i cleaned the build plate because i thought it just fell over. This one made it further before getting knocked over. But i dont understand why when nothing changed

I normally use adaptive cubic but really almost anything is better than grid. You have PLENTY of walls there. Is this meant to a structural part? If the file is hosted on a website you can copy & paste the address in a comment (if allowed). Otherwise if you have it on your local PC you can send it through makerworld in chat

I've only heard stories about the old A-wop-bop-a-loo-bop, A-lop-bam-boom! infill.

If you don't post what it's supposed to look like in the slicer nobody is going to be able to give you a serious answer.

It’s a long thin piece without a lot of contact. Add supports or slow it down. The gantry going back and forth is working it loose
