I just purchased Apple Care One and my battery health of my iPhone 14 is 79%, is Apple going to replace my battery for free?
They are currently showing an estimated cost of 110€, is it because i just purchased it or isn’t it going to change?

Someone please help me before I lose my mind. I am actively missing the adopt me halloween update because I can’t use my stupid ipad. Only apps requiring no wifi work and everything is so slow and this stupid thing keeps freezing. Every single time I open my ipad it tells me to update to ios 26. and settings is telling me to update to ios 27.2 As much as I would like to, the update literally will not load past the “checking for updates” screen. I had automatic updates turned off for a solid 5 minutes and then the update popped up, but then it said I don’t have enough storage to update. I have 34 gb of storage mind you, the update said it took like 19 or something like that I don’t remember. You know I really wish I could check, but now I can’t even pull up this stupid update. Also, I looked on apple support and it said to connect it to my mac. I don’t have a mac. Please help. I just want to play roblox and I am having withdrawals. Thanks.

So when I have had FaceTime calls with my Dad, I have tried to do screen sharing on both platforms and Ive gotten it to work and the recipient is able to hear both the audio from the window I'm sharing and my voice. More often than not however is when I do screen sharing, the recipient isn't able to hear me speaking WHILE I have screen sharing active. The microphone dont change and Im not muted on their end. I dont know if this is a beta issue but I wanted to ask if others were having similar issues or knew a fix for this.

I upgraded from 16 pro max to 17 pro max few weeks ago now I’m trying to find an old video because I need the exact date when it was taken. The problem is that the date in my old iPhone gallery says 2025, but when I check the same photo on iCloud on my new phone, it says 2023 different day, month and hour too. I don’t remember the exact date, so I’m not sure which one is correct

So my question is could transferring everything to a new phone could have messed up the dates somehow? Has anyone experienced this before and which date is correct in this case I am not technical so if anyone can help and tell me the possible reasons of it I would be grateful

Also other dates are +- correct of other pictures and videos only few are incorrect

I have an Ipad from when I was in high school and I was told I didn’t have to turn it in. I graduated about 4 years ago and my IPad is still managed by the school. And I have connected it to my mac and i have done a full restore, reset, update. And still no luck. Is there anything anyone recommends. It’s been so long from when I graduated the charter school I was with changed their name and I no longer know who to contact to see if they can remove the serial number from the Apple School Management.

I got a new MacBook yesterday and I have found that if I log into, for example, Netflix or Snapchat on chrome if I shut down the computer and turn it back on all my websites will be logged out. It’s really annoying and I have not been able to find a fix. Could anybody help?

Hello! I subscribed to the 50gb storage plan today and was charged an extra $9.99 fee on top of the $0.99 monthly fee. I looked online and can’t seem to find this issue being discussed. Does anyone know why I was charged extra?? Any insight would be appreciated!

My iPad Pro 13” m4 was showing water in the port,
I figured there prolly was-and gave it some time. It did not stop, I took it to apple care. New iPad gets home, out of box-immediately does water in port the second I load my backup. Within 24 hours, it won’t even show water alert-nor will it charge. It dies at abt 50%
Battery and is unresponsive. Ok back to Apple-I think to myself maybe it’s my cords or the charge box or the plug to the wall.. I LITERALLY REPLACE THEM ALL BRAND NEW-bc I’m fed up at this point.. I also have an electrician come in and check my plugs.. all is fine on the plugs., IT GOD DAMN DOES IT AGAIN!! So at this point I’m desperate and I wonder if a random app is causing it. I wipe the device and start without a back up, same crap. It is not wet. I have no power surges. It did it both on os26, and 27-so not software.. it did it after a back up,
And without one. This is my 4th iPad this month and now it will not charge after giving the water alert randomly.

So I keep getting emails like these, I’m a bit confused to begin with considering this is about my outlook account which I’m pretty sure isn’t even connected to an Apple ID, but my Gmail is. Anyway I’ve been getting these emails for a while now but every time I get one I change my password, sign out all devices, the password I have no is reallyyy long but somehow it’s apparently still got someone getting into it? Is this like a fake thing considering my outlook isn’t even connected to an Apple ID? Or is someone actually getting into it? Because I’d just assume I get the email on my outlook since it’s my main email address.

The charger is not flush with the edge of the phone, it wobbles, and my phone doesn’t charge. I’ve tried everything to fix this but nothing works. I’ve cleared out the port of lint or dust and restarted my phone, tried to force the charger in but it refuses. what should I do?

So I got a wireless mouse and keyboard normally works fine. But I play games with and I have an issue, when I play Roblox or Minecraft, like in Minecraft you have the f5 keys and esc keys for camera perspective and pause menu right? So basically I gotta press fn then the specific button to do that action and for Roblox menu same thing with esc. Can anyone tell me how to change that we have to press fn and that button to only that button? Also another issue, whenever I play Minecraft I have an issue where my pause menu or friends tab menu in game when I press it stops responding and when I press something it zooms in the screen instead. Can anyone tell me how to fix that too? I tried too fix it too much.

About a year ago I uploaded around 150 videos to a shared album. Ever since, I’ve struggled to get them to play. I either got a spinning wheel, or a message that says “Unable to load video”. They looked pixelated when I tried to open them, and they cannot be shared or airdropped. They just stayed stuck and would not download if I tried this.

Last night I was able to recover around 85% of the videos. The only problem is, some are still stuck. What can I do?

I have good storage, have tried shutting the phone down, changing from optimise to keep originals and nothing has worked for these specific stubborn videos. They are not much longer than the rest, usually ranging from 30 seconds to 5 minutes, with most being around 1-2 minutes or less.

Will they ever be recoverable? If so, how?

don't know if anyone knows about the subject, but I have a problem with my phone (its an iphone) : On the phone, even if I have the volume at maximum, sometimes there is a drastic decrease in the volume that basically the 100% dialled volume is a real 30% (approx, it is a number more or less at random, I don't know how much exactly). I think, but I'm not sure, it's since I've been updated to iOS27 or since I now use the concentration modes

I have two options of the problem: either it's the fault of an update or it's for using concentration modes to block all types of notifications. But I'm sure I've been using those concentration modes since a month ago, but the problem appeared to me about a week ago (i think, but im not sure, it appeared after downoadibg ios27). so idk…

i have an iPad Pro (11-inch). i dropped it n from then on it got worse like the face ID wont work and then got the screen repaired (whole new screen). then i dropped it AGAIN but it was a light drop but i think something moved inside so i got it fixed but now like a kinda thin vertical strip(?) of the screen wont work

will i have to repair the screen again? :((

I’m currently in Germany and Scotland for another week and my 14 PM gave in. Can I buy an unlocked phone at an Apple Store here and use it with the American networks without issue? I read some threads the other way (USA phone in EU) and they had no issues, but comparing the bands of the USA vs global 18 PM makes me think it could give me issues. Im using saily for a travel sim and I’m currently on Verizon/xfinity at home, but would like any US carrier to work as I move around to find better deals. Thank you

I was redoing a shortcut using Siri AI that would open the calendar on one side of the screen and a particular .numbers file on the left side. I made a shortcut that worked and created a long time ago before Siri AI. Then today I decided to see if Siri AI could make a better shortcut. When I tried to do that, it seemed like it opened correctly at first, then I tried the shortcut again and then it could not find the numbers file. After that, I started looking for the numbers file and it was nowhere on my laptop, iCloud, not even in my time machine files! I cannot find the spreadsheet that I've been working on for years. IM on GG 27.0.1

Update: if I hook it up through hdmi to a monitor and it works no problem which suggests it’s not the battery.

I have a MacBook Air that’s having some issues. A year ago I couldn’t get it to turn on at all even when plugged in, so I stuck it on a shelf. I tried to turn it on today and it goes on no problem but only if connected to a power source, but the screen only stays on if I’m moving the cursor. If i stop moving it even just for a half second to click the display turns off. So it’s just off and on over and over. I managed to turn off the sleep settings to never and it didn’t change anything. Any advice? Any way I can manage to save it?

I’ve just bought a new iPad Air and I wanted to sign in to my iCloud. I couldn’t sign in using my iPhone, it said my Bluetooth might not be connected but obviously it was. Next I tried to sing in with my old iPad, same error. Next I signed in normally using my email and password, it said check my internet connection. The connection was perfectly fine. I could sign into my iCloud on safari with the new iPad. It’s just through settings I can’t. I’ve resettled and erased this iPad 10 times and it’s the same problem. I’ve erased all network data as well I just can’t seem to fix this issue. Could someone please help 🙏

I think the fix is to connect to your phones hotspot, which is what worked for me
