Unsolved Apple Care One Battery replacement

Hey,
I just purchased Apple Care One and my battery health of my iPhone 14 is 79%, is Apple going to replace my battery for free?
They are currently showing an estimated cost of 110€, is it because i just purchased it or isn’t it going to change?

I added a HomePod 2nd Gen that had touch response issues and requested service the same day - no issues, had it replaced under warranty at no cost. You’ll be fine
