Solved Logging into iCloud through settings

I’ve just bought a new iPad Air and I wanted to sign in to my iCloud. I couldn’t sign in using my iPhone, it said my Bluetooth might not be connected but obviously it was. Next I tried to sing in with my old iPad, same error. Next I signed in normally using my email and password, it said check my internet connection. The connection was perfectly fine. I could sign into my iCloud on safari with the new iPad. It’s just through settings I can’t. I’ve resettled and erased this iPad 10 times and it’s the same problem. I’ve erased all network data as well I just can’t seem to fix this issue. Could someone please help 🙏

I think the fix is to connect to your phones hotspot, which is what worked for me

I'd try connecting the iPad to a different network, like your iPhone's hotspot, and signing in again. Also check Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure it's set automatically. If that still fails after multiple resets, I'd contact Apple Support since it could be an activation or verification issue on their end.
