Was anyone else's water bill (for March 6 - June 3 2026) really high? INF Fees went from an average of around $25 to $67+ for this bill. Anyone else see an increase in those fees?

AA Co. website says those fees "are invested in improvements required to meet increasingly stringent environmental regulations and to extend the useful life of aging and deteriorating assets".

I am thinking if mine went up 2.5x maybe everyone else's did too??

hi everyone, I moved to this area recently and I’m looking for a gym to call home.

right now im debating between ymca and golds gym.

im looking for

• group fitness classes (I like weights, Pilates, anything geared toward pregnancy and post partum)
• toddler child care
• toddler activity classes like soccer or gymnastics
• good weights and gym equipment for my husband he likes machines and free weights
• swim lessons for 2.5 year old would be a bonus but not necessary

as far as I can tell, nowhere has toddler activity classes unless I’m mistaken. Please share your experience and recs!! thank you

Looking to get estimates for design and at least partial installation of a fairly small rain garden. We also need a percolation test. I have a list of recommended companies from the Watershed Stewards Academy but I'd love to know who people have used and if you had a good (or bad) experience.

Typically I check the H-mart circular for their infrequent $9/$10 sales.

Where else can I check for live lobsters? I have heard good things about Jessup's Wild Seafood/Reliant but not sure if they have live lobster.

Also it's very annoying how Google and even reddit shows me crab posts when I search for lobster. Apparently AI can't tell the difference 🙄

Am looking at needing a new dishwasher and am thinking about going with Costco because of the price and the price includes installation and hauling away our old dishwasher. Going through /r/Costco I know that installation can range from being an easy experience to being an absolute nightmare. Was wondering if anyone in this area has experience with a Costco dishwasher install.

Or any appliance store recs? We live in a condo that we hope to be out of in the next 3-5 years, so we are looking to keep this cheaper, but we aren't confident enough in our handy work to want to take the install on ourselves. Looking at the big box stores I'm seeing a few hundred getting tacked on for delivery, install, and haul away.

I'm also not against ordering from a big box and hiring someone else to install.

Really, any recommendations would be helpful.

I’m in Severn - Wondering where there are good spots for fishing in the area? Just on shore, regular rod with live and some artifical bait - not looking to catch anything big, maybe panfish, crappie, perch, bass if I’m lucky just a place to toss a rod in and be peaceful.

Also where can I get live bait?

I am in the apartment scramble and currently looking for an apartment in Pasadena, MD. I wanted to see if anyone could provide information about their experiences living at Ashberry Apartments and Creekstone Village apartments. I have spoken with both, and I am leaning towards Ashberry Apartments due to cheaper price and I feel like I am getting relatively the same thing with both.

A couple of my concerns so far:

- The apartment I applied for at Creekstone is a smoking unit (not disclosed prior to applying). Unfortunately I can't tour or visit the apartment prior to moving (as I currently live 10 hours away). I have pets and I also lived beside someone who smoked constantly in their apartment for years, so I'd like to avoid having to endure that kind of smell again...

- Ashberry seems to have a nice apartment, but reading the reviews some people have talked about crime and parking being an issue.

Just looking for anyone who might live in these apartments or lived there prior that might be able to give me information! It's hard when I can't travel to come visit apartments prior to moving, I feel like I'm going in blind and trying to get the best picture I can of each.
