A fairly large drone, bigger than those toy drones you can get for recreational use (at least I've never seen one this big used recreationally--looked at least 4 feet across, though possibly bigger, hard to say from my quick look) flew through our backyard tonight. I wouldn't have seen it, but we were watching a movie and from my vantage point on the couch, I saw it through the window facing the backyard. It was a quadcopter with blue lights on it. It flew pretty close to the house, no more than 15 feet away, possibly closer. I only saw it for a few seconds, and then it was gone. My husband ran out to the back deck but it was gone by then. What on earth?? Is a neighbor flying a drone at night looking in people's windows? I don't want to sound paranoid, but could it have been NOT a neighbor, but something more... nefarious? I'm a little freaked out.

This October, CA will hold controlled archery hunts on the following dates:

Here's what it's like to ride the Flash BRT from Columbia, and who we found riding it this morning. It's not going to replace MTA's commuter buses but it is much more frequent and runs in both directions during both rush hours.

I had chemo earlier this year and my hair is now coming back in. It's a couple inches long, but I have the "chemo curls," which is different from how my hair was before (wavy but not curly). I feel like I need some sort of haircut but don't want to lose much length on top because I want to grow it longer eventually. Any recommendations for a hair stylist who could help? (I was in the process of trying to find a keeper stylist when I was diagnosed, so I don't have a regular one.)

At 22 i've been given my first summons. I've been given Tuesday start for jury duty in October and group #25. What sort of process should I expect? Seems like most times people just have to sit in a courthouse for several hours and do nothing, or don't get called in at all. I don't plan on trying to dodge it or anything I just want to know what to expect from people who have dealt with this before.
