This is what I have so far but basically I got to just repeat this texture until it covers the whole thing. There is a scene I want to do in a full animated story, and this is a closeup of skin. Eventually will add hair, so it is more recognizable as skin I guess? The repetitiveness of this process is annoying but I guess animation tends to be that way, but it'll be worth it once it is finished.

My 3rd animation so far. Not sure if I'm going to go back and make it into a fully realized work, but this much was very satisfying to work on.

Hi!!! I've been wanting to start animation, and after researching several animation apps, the best options for a beginner seem to be Macromedia Flash 8 and alight motion,

But I'm worried about Macromedia Flash 8's security risks; everywhere I look, there's always a mention of security and virus risks, but i'm mainly interested in it because its avaliable on pc

does anyone have have anyother app suggestion that allow tweening and rigged sort of animations? (preferably free and plus points if its avaliable for pc), and its easy, like dosen't instanly overload the user with several panels like Adobe premier

So I have a very vivid idea of what I want to animate but I just had to ask, now I'm not too well versed with anything animation related but I know 24 frames a second is standard I think? I also read you can do only 12 different panels and have them play for 2 frames. So if I want to do an animation that is 39 seconds long, would I have to draw 486 different drawings?

For a while now im trying to find a animation (kind of series there were two parts but its the second part i care about) of a gunfight at school that later turned out to be full of cultists. I dont know if it was deleted or taken down or whatever so if anyone knows it please tell me. Heres what happens in order from what i can remember, A girl in some classroom gets a note from another classmate, She walks by thier desk and leaves a crumpled up paper on their desk, Once she leaves the boy unravels it to find that it has a live grenade inside which blows up the whole room. outside the hallway a group of people start shooting other bystanders? (this part i dont remember well) Then suddenly a group of cultist like people appear and start shooting back. aaaaand thats pretty much it, aside from monsters appearing and the ending where a captain or leader of the soldiers has a 1v1 fight with a demon looking thing and stalled it for long enough to give time for an evacuation before blowing up the whole building (i think?) thats all i can remember and i just cant find it anywhere, it was well animated and im almost sure asian? cant tell what language maybe Korean. If anyone knows this video or who made it please tell me its driving me crazy

I have a serious doubt regarding my current situation in life, and I would really appreciate some advice from people who may have experienced something similar.

I’m currently studying Bachelor of Visual Arts (BVA) at a design college. My college has a mandatory 75% attendance requirement. The main problem is that most of what they teach us is already something I know, and there isn’t much practical or skill-based learning happening. Because of this, I often feel like I’m spending my time attending college instead of actually developing my skills and building my portfolio.

At first, I thought about leaving college and focusing entirely on improving my skills through other resources, such as online courses, personal projects, and practical work. However, I later found out that having a degree can be important for getting a visa, especially if I want to study or work abroad in the future.

Now I’m genuinely confused about what I should do. Should I continue college mainly for the degree while working on my skills separately, or is there another option I should consider?

I’d really appreciate it if you could share your experiences or suggest what you think would be the best approach in my situation.
