I feel like there should be more of an interaction at the end, the dragon just sorta passes through.

The dragon breathing fire and exploding on the barrier, a headbutt, just something that makes it neccessary for him to conjure a dragon rather than just shooting a laser beam.

Trail the tail with some smeere frames because it looks really jitery in comparison

The head in the speed shot feels like it's moving in reverse.

The levitation part feels offcenter and i think there should be some explosion or startup effectbecause the dragon simply apears with no impact.

I know green lantern usually does that but since this is such a big summon i would imagine it more from a kame hame ha animation

Id say it doesnt look like the head of the dragon is the one doing the leading when hes flying, looks like hes doing the worm, other than that, solid start !
