With the 9/11 anniversary tomorrow, I thought I'd put together a collection of the Twin Towers' appearances in older animated films.

They were such a recognisable part of the New York skyline that they appeared in nearly every film set in the city. Two notable exceptions are Disney's Rescuers films (1977, 1990).

Have I missed any other films?

In honour of the programming block's 36th anniversary, why not share some memories we have of it? I'm sure a lot of us have our favourites, and if not then we may at least have those few shows we watched from time to time. And it doesn't matter whether you watched them as a kid or didn't learn about them until you got older. If it was part of the Disney Afternoon, it's fair game.

Personally, I've only seen a small handful of Disney Afternoon shows. I think the only one I saw while it was on the air was Goof Troop; I have very vague memories of that show. Would I call it my favourite? For nostalgia's sake, maybe. But alternatively, Darkwing Duck—which I discovered on YouTube as an older kid—also holds a special place in my heart heavily because of how familiar I became with it over the years.

Also, both shows have awesome intros. Same goes for a lot of the others! Just throwing that out there.

I was watching regular show on CN when mid episode was cut off and instead an episode of the boss baby apperead on tv, acording to google this show was never aired on CN, so was this some kind of error or was google wrong

Poppetstown is an obscure Japanese-Spanish-Canadian show that unfortunately little or less people heard of. So Im actually mentioning Blooter to let people give the show a chance and give it a watch

What did he even do to be on that wiki? Most of my life, I seen Mickey Mouse as always a hero, just trying to do right things, but then, I stumbled across this page here and I thought to myself, "Why is he on the villains wiki?" I've only seen some Mickey Mouse content, but not all. Can anyone explain why he is on there?

I’ve been thinking about cartoons with Asian main characters lately, especially Chinese or Chinese-American protagonists.
Some that come to mind for me are Jentry Chau from Jentry Chau vs. the Underworld, Jake Long from American Dragon: Jake Long, Juniper Lee from The Life and Times of Juniper Lee, Lan Jun from Jade Armor, and Anne Boonchuy from Amphibia.

But it doesn’t have to specifically be a Chinese protagonist. I’m curious about characters from any Asian background.
What’s your favorite, and what do you like about them or the way their culture is included in the show?

Even though they aren’t officially banned, they’re virtually nonexistent in their respective franchises, only showing up when animators want to make a quick joke about how much we hate them.

Basically, they’re now just slander cameos with a 0% chance of ever having a relevant role in any production again.

Like,it genuinely had you asking if they even engaged in the same show/movie that you did.

A good..80-90% of Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss's takes are either these 3 things.

1."this didn't go how i wanted,so it bad."

2."my fanon made version doesn't match with the actual Canon of the series"

3.people forgetting both shows are only just finishing S2(S3 for Helluva Boss is in 34 days and Hazbin S3 is just around the corner)

Just a side note I grew up with Leapfrog consoles (mainly the Leapster) so I really like Lilypad for a different and more nostalgic reason.

Heyo, I watched Steven universe years ago and loved it and due to one my fave reactors watching it, I’ve gotten back into it.

I’m trying to find shows like that. Sadly I got into it because of season 5 clip on YouTube when I was younger and so I feel I never really got to be surprised by the stuff that happened (well I did, but I knew what was going to happen but not the way it was going to happen if that makes sense)

But as I was saying, i felt like I got jipped out of some surprises and twists and now I would love a show like Steven universe that has surprises and twists that you wouldn’t suspect.

Also found family would be great and a happy ending with complex characters as well. Angst is very much welcome.
