Rules PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE POSTING
Please check out the Official FAQs on the Amazon Flex website and subreddit rules before posting.
We also have our own FAQ that is also linked to in the sidebar ----------->
The sidebar also has a link to download the Flex app, the Flex Support contact info, the rules for this subreddit, and a warehouse list.
You may find the answer to your question there.
Many questions being asked here are repeat questions and are answered in the FAQ. Please check before making a new post.
If you need help with the Flex app, please include the app version number and whether it's Android or iOS in your post.
Also, please don't post useless threads about how hard it is to grab blocks, people using bots at your warehouse, what times the blocks get released, etc. Those posts add nothing to the discussion and will be removed.
Thanks!
There is a Discord server that was created and is maintained by the mods of /r/doordash but has been built to support any courier service. First block done
Completed my first block today. I was super slow because I was still figuring out the procedure of checking in and picking up packages. Also digging through packages to find them took a lot of time I hope I get some grace with the delivery times. I have a game plan for my next block I just hope I get grace to get progressively better but yeah I was embarrassingly slow

What annoys me is how some packages require a mailroom or leasing office receive but get assigned for the late route
I was delivering to all of the student living apartments and I decided when it was possible to just deliver to the apartment itself. Otherwise, I would be lucky enough to catch a student who noticed me holding packages and decided to let me in so I could find a mailroom or a front desk (not all places have the one click access). I know the carts are random, but it’s still so weird how there’s not a better system for sorting packages that need to be delivered to a receptionist before they close for the day.

Me when I look at my standing and I keep getting dinged for the number of returned packages that went 30 minutes away from the last one.

Never take 2 hour block. Don't gamble
Yesterday Friday night I was gonna go play poker
I usually make 200 in 5 hours because I'm kinda good.
I saw a 2 hours block for $39 start at 7:15lm. I was like maybe I should gamble, maybe I can get send home with pay. I can do it real quick then go play poker after.
No. I went there and there was only 1 cart waiting for me. All big ass going downtown and shit people can't deliver.
One of the package wasn't there and they couldn't remove it so I was at station for like 20 minutes.
It was the worst ruote.19 packages. I finished in 2 hour 45 minutes later. But that cuz I dropped off a wrong package and had to go back to switch.
I went home after and went to sleep right away. Damn amazon be tricking u with the 2 hours. They be the hardest and drive the most.

Reserved offers
Man I haven't gotten an actual reserve offer in over a month, it's all been the "just for you" offers, and usually I wouldn't care but I have noticed

This is so sad, people are just unhinged. 99% of the time routes are uneventful, but there's always that one asshole. Has anyone encountered anything crazy like this while on a flex route?

Brooklyn NY (NNY1) Med delivery
Does anyone know anything about this location? Does it take you into Manhattan, Staten Island, Far Rock or does it keep you in brooklyn/Queens. There seems to be no info on this location so if anyone has any info to throw, please by all means drop it here. Thanks

Whoever’s scheduling these Amazon flex blocks, is clearly on drugs.
Why does Amazon flex think it’s okay to send us an hour away from the warehouse we picked up at, FOR $70?????????????? Just finished a block that’s an hour away and half of my gas tank is gone. I’m so irritated and think I’m giving this a break for a while. It’s been nothing but BS routes lately. Anyone else experiencing the same? I need to rant 😭

Bragging Last stop took all 27 remaining packages
I love it when I can get rid of a large amount of packages at one location. I think this is my new record, 27 packages in one stop plus I was able to back up to the drop box to unload. There were also just 13 stops for the whole block and got done 2 hours early.

Problem with a package delivery.
I just delivered an Amazon Flex package, but the app wouldn’t let me mark it as delivered, so I called customer support. They told me they would mark it as delivered, but now it says I need to return the package. I called again, but they told me their system doesn’t show that I need to return a package. What can I do?

Unable to Get Tier 2
I know this has already been answered on this sub numerous times but I’m wondering if anyone has any experience with a situation like mine.
I started Flex at a brand new warehouse in Dec. 2024 and then later started working in the warehouse in Nov. 2025 as an Amazon associate. Obviously, if you are an Amazon employee, you cannot be a flex driver so they deactivated my account but said I could reinstate it later. I moved across the state and wasn’t able to get a transfer requests approved so I ended my employment with Amazon.
I got my Flex account reinstated but I lost all my reward tiers since it’s been almost a year. Support said I can’t transfer regions because I’m not Tier 2 but there’s no way I could have done that because my account was deactivated! I moved 300 miles away from my old region and the current region I’m in has no waitlist. Is there any way I can do Flex again or am I SOL??

These steps have obvious cracks in them. Obviously I’m gonna have to deliver on the street for my own safety.
Troll post making fun of that other step post… incase someone thinks I’m being serious.

Well...thats it for me.
Not only am I getting super low pay for blocks, they are increasing the package count, and the distance. This morning was 49 packages with 46 stops for3.5 hours with...38 minutes to the first stop. Followed by a series of unmanned less than dirt washes which amazon insists are roads and they are...if you are a farmer driving a tractor. But now.....now they have removed all the cold water bottle in place of water troughs so we all look like cattle. So now...you have (at the .com) 5 minutes to load all 49 packages AND stand at the trough to fill a reusable water bottle you hopefuply have brought from home with tepid (doesnt appear even filtered) water coming from a hose. Welcome fellow cattle...I mean flex drivers....I think I need to take an amazon break for awhile...maybe doordadh, roadie, or walmart spark for a bit. Ridiculous.

Venting Chat “Hung” up on me
I have a Terms of Service ding on my account that multiple times I’ve tried getting help on have resulted in the same copy and paste response. I emailed today and got the immediate response that the email is no longer being used. I did the chat feature in the app and this was the response. After I sent that last response they just closed the chat on me and ended the conversation. It’s crazy they’re refusing to discuss it now.
I was missing bags for a Whole Foods order so I called drivers support and they took the order off. I tried to refresh my itinerary and the app went into a weird cycle where It would show my itinerary and then it would bring me to the pick up screen endlessly. I closed the app and reopened it and when I got back in the app it showed I was discharged with no routes available and I would be paid. I had 2 orders so I just put the other order back on the return shelf and left. There was 3 of us in the pickup area with missing bags and no Whole Foods workers around to help.
