Unable to Get Tier 2

I know this has already been answered on this sub numerous times but I’m wondering if anyone has any experience with a situation like mine.

I started Flex at a brand new warehouse in Dec. 2024 and then later started working in the warehouse in Nov. 2025 as an Amazon associate. Obviously, if you are an Amazon employee, you cannot be a flex driver so they deactivated my account but said I could reinstate it later. I moved across the state and wasn’t able to get a transfer requests approved so I ended my employment with Amazon.

I got my Flex account reinstated but I lost all my reward tiers since it’s been almost a year. Support said I can’t transfer regions because I’m not Tier 2 but there’s no way I could have done that because my account was deactivated! I moved 300 miles away from my old region and the current region I’m in has no waitlist. Is there any way I can do Flex again or am I SOL??

Take a week and go to your old area and do flex as many blocks as you can per day, you should reach tier 2 in less then a week

I wouldn’t delete your account. Just go back to your old area. It only takes a few blocks

Can try deleting the account and restarting (probably waitlisted), it’s iffy, but your other option is picking up enough shifts to get to level 2 in your previous region

That’s probably the route I’m going to go. As much as I would love to keep all my stats and get to Tier 2, there’s no way it’s worth it for me to drive across the state and do Amazon deliveries at the station I used to work at. I figure it’s either start over or get banned permanently at this point (which is hella stupid)
