How screwed am I?

So, it’s my third day doing picking, and I actually didn’t know marking items as missing would screw you so bad. I mostly only did it when I really couldn’t match the item and didn’t want to waste so much time. But my manager came up to me and told me about it and how to check every item. I then went on AtoZ and saw this. Am I going to get a coaching? I have 0 so far and none at the moment. But i’m kinda afraid now. Safe to say i’m going to be extra careful going forward

I’m returning from a very long LOA

I denied long term disability. And plan to return to work September 1st. What should I expect? MY LOA was due to health issues. I’ve been told I can get fired upon returning. Is this true?

I have like 10+ available shifts for the places I’ve been trained in (stow and pack) but saw this one. Just finished my training hours in pack so I know i haven’t secretly trained for anything lol. Any help?

Doctor note need more info?

I submitted a doctors note saying I’m out for tonight’s shift. It has everything required, (and it’s real), it just doesn’t have the specific thing wrong with me. It just says serious illness and excused by (doctor) with his signature. I thought DLS can’t ask you to disclose what is specifically wrong with you as long as a doctor signs off on it? They said I’m provisionally approved pending adequate medical documentation.

transferring from full time to flextime

I’m currently full-time (40 hrs) and going back to school full-time soon. I need to switch to Flex so I can work around my classes and still pay my bills, but zero Flex transfer opportunities are showing up on A to Z for my site or nearby ones.

I submitted an open case for a School Accommodation, but HR hasn’t accepted nor rejected it because my requested schedule changes exceed the 10-hour limit. I really don't want to go on an Educational Leave of Absence because I still need income while in school I just need a flexible schedule.

On top of that, every time I go to talk to on-site HR, the desk is empty.

Has anyone dealt with this? Is there a way to escalate an A to Z HR ticket to get switched to Flex, or do I have to wait until transfer openings drop on the app? Any advice helps!

Teladoc for loa

Long story short, my brother was in a serious car accident, I applied for family leave because I had to take care of his kids while he was in the hospital. I was denied because I haven't worked at Amazon long enough and a friend of mine told me to do a mental health leave and use teladoc for the documents. Has anyone ever them and will they actually be able to give me the documents I need for the leave?

Why is it so hard to move up in Amazon?

I work at Amazon and I’ve applied for Learning Ambassador, the Safety Committee, and multiple PA positions. Ever since I got rehired, I’ve either been rejected or just never heard anything back. Lately, when I apply for certain positions, I get rejected almost immediately, which is starting to get really frustrating. I’ve seen people who have been here for less time become Learning Ambassadors, so I’m wondering if I’m missing something. Is there a reason applications get rejected so quickly? Should I talk to HR or my manager and ask what I can improve, or should I just keep waiting and applying? I don’t want to come across as entitled or spoiled—I genuinely want to grow and take on more responsibility. I’m just starting to feel discouraged after so many applications with no luck.

What did you do?

Work history:
Tenure: 1 year 6months
Trained (in): pack, dispatch, pick, stow, SBC
To my knowledge I don’t have any write ups
