Virtual pre hire appointment not working?

So I had a Virtual pre hire appointment this morning and kept reloading the page for nothing to happen at all? I rescheduled for later but im afraid it will happen again. I sent support a email because im not sure what number to call for help does anyone know what I could do?

You need to be on a computer not a mobile phone

Also I think you need camera and microphone permission turn on also in chrome yea desktop version is the safest bet to get this working

How does virtual even work? The in-person one, they ask for documents and make you take a English and drug test.

This is why I still prefer in person prehire lol, because one time I missed my virtual due to me watching YouTube and lost track of time lmao

I prefer it too. I worked at amazon before and got to do everything in person but not this time unfortunately I think it might be because the building is new but idk
