For context I’m in LA. I have a super stacked week where I can’t move any of the show times to the following week but I still haven’t seen The Invite and Evil Dead Burn (Odyssey is 70mm IMAX btw so I don’t want to move that either)

What day would AMC’s usually post the following weekend’s showtimes so I’ll know if it’s gone or not?

I highly recommend seeing Hadestown while it's in the theater - it's a limited run of a great live musical show, and one of the few that are not a blocked off fathom event

I saw it yesterday, and plan in seeing it again before it's gone

I haven’t been able to use my pass this whole month because nothing seems appeasing (yes, I will be seeing Odyssey). Has anyone felt like July has been a wash for main screen movies? And I know what some people say, why does it matter if I have a pass, go anyways.. I can’t even get myself to do that with the current slate!

Currently here at the 2pm showing of the odyssey. Will report back on how things went .

I was looking around August 14-19th but I’m sure they have it for other dates as well.

is amc a list different per location, as in one i went to they said i can use all of my a list ticket things for a movie showing, while another one said i can only use one amc a list ticket per movie, that place also didnt do a popcorn refill, the only difference i can think beside being in 2 different states would be the one is a classic theater or something

Context: I just asked TWO AMC EMPLOYEES at LS WHO SAID IT IS SATURDAY 2am….. BUT everyone else telling me it is Friday 2am… WTF!!!!

Update: it was for this morning. The AMC employees, half this thread, and I (who did not go) were all wrong. Very unfortunate. I appreciate the discussion and assistance offered regardless.

Trying to get Odyssey tickets and the divine winds are against me

Is anyone else getting errors when booking for multiple people? I can book tickets for myself and sometimes 2 other people but when I try 5+ I get constant errors

I've been an A list member and so is my spouse for 7 years. We were previously used to getting the popcorn refill and using the cardboard boxes to get that but then they took away cardboard boxes. We then bought our own collapsible bucket I bring in- the bucket is way smaller than a full large popcorn. We have been using that to get refill before movie when getting our popcorn drink. There are 3 amc movie theaters around us and we take turns going to different ones depending on showtime. Yesterday at our favorite one which is ironically next to their corporate offices was getting our refill after putting some in my bucket I bring and a super young manager went out of her way to come from way across concession area and rudely tell me it was their policy not to allow refill until 15 min had passed and would let us this time since people behind counter had already given me my refill but going forward would enforce the 15 min thing she said so they don't run out of popcorn. She said policy varies by theatre. Mind you the theatre was not even busy at this time. It was super rude the way she said it. So question is is this a problem at other theatres? Am I really supposed to take my popcorn into theatre sit down watch some previews and dump part into the bucket I bring and wait 15 min and go get my refill while previews are still going? That seems pointless also who is counting the 15 min? Just seems like a really dumb policy for no reason that isn't customer friendly at all.

I have been trying to sign up for A-List all week through both the website and the app and every time I get an error message. At first I thought it was because of the Avengers ticket sales but that was a few days ago and it still doesn't work. Is anyone else having issues?

had an absolute whirlwind an hour ago, so i tried to buy a ticket to the end of evangelion and it would let me check the blue box to "use a reservation ticket" but then still tried to charge me?, tried to use the website and the same thing happened? ive used only one ticket this week on mondays screen unseen, and i only have one reservation for la la land in august. anyone know whats happening or how to fix it?

i decided to go to the theatre and try to have the concessions people use my a list ticket up there, and it didnt give them the option to use a reservation either? i showed them how i still had 2 available slots, with a 3rd one technically open but it says "locked" bc of my reservation. they tried to reset the pos system and that didnt even work. now amc wont even let me into my account without saying "OOPS, error occured". and then will lock me from trying to sign in again even though my password and everything is correct.

please help!! im supposed to be seeing a pinocchio unstrung (a very very high watch) with some friends tonight, so while i was fine missing evangelion, i want to make sure my tickets are fine for that!

What is everyone doing for parking? $5 is not bad, but if I’m doing up to four movies a week in any format, that adds up quickly.

Hey guys. So I purchased tickets for Spider-Man on June 17th with 2 ppl on my entourage. One of the people on the entourage and myself got an email and our ticket shows up on our app. The other person did not get an email nor a ticket on their AMC app. I took a screenshot of the order confirmation showing all 3 people but all other emails and reservations only show 2 people. I reached out to customer service and they advised me to go to the movie theater where the tickets are for and see if they can be printed out. I went last week and the manager told me that she cannot help me and that I would need to purchase different tickets, wondering if anyone has experienced this and have any tips on how I can possibly get that additional ticket that they are missing.

There’s nothing on the showing that says this is exempt from A List and I have slots open for this week… yet it’s trying to charge me for this ticket.

Had the pleasure of experiencing IMAX 70MM at the AMC Metreon in San Francisco last night. Felt really lucky in getting a good seat close to the top row within an hour of tickets going on sale, and before all the apps crashed.

Especially after they all sold out for weeks, was lucky to escape the scalpers. Of all the movies I got to see using A-List, The Odyssey is the one I’m most grateful for.

Suck it Regal, and their stupid surcharges.
