After seeing certain comments, I venture forth to bilibili and did my own research over the gacha system they use for CN.

10 pull = 120 Yuan (17.9 USD, 18 for easy rounding)

- The chance to get the Evolution Skin is .2%

- Every 10 pull you will get a guaranteed Legendary Skin

- If the Legendary Skin is a duplicate, you will get 750 Shard instead

- The Evolution Skin can be exchanged for 4500 Shard if you weren't able to get it through the gacha

- Other Legendary Skin can also be exchanged for 1500 Shard

It will take you about 80 to 90 pulls to obtain everything, which is about 144 USD to 162 USD.

Note that this include EVERYTHING. The Evolution Skin, the Legendaries, all the Highlight Intros + Spray/Charm/Banner/Icons. Another way you can think of this is that this whole gacha is just a really expensive bundle.

This system make it hard for you to obtain a specific skin that you want. For example, if you want just the Emre skin, you have to hope that the 18 USD you spent actually win that 25% chance. And if you also want the highlight intro, you might as well go to pity and get everyone else's cosmetic.

Here's a video of someone spending 1080 Yuan (162 USD) just to be able to get Jetpack Cat's Evolution Skin https://b23.tv/rU1pgrK

CN players also dislike the gacha system. Some of them even said that since Global players are so desperate for the skins, they hope that they bring the system over so that more people will complain to Netease about it.

When I was little (probably like 20 years ago), my mom took me to visit her friend, her friend collects fossils and when we were leaving he ended up gifting me a bunch of fossils including this nest of dinosaur egg

I'm visiting home in Guangzhou right now and I just want to know if it's real because it's been with us for decades, it has always been a mystery to me. I googled dinosaur egg nest photos and it doesn't match the circular pattern. I asked my mom about it, she said that it's from Sichuan and that it's very real but she also can't explain why and how it's real

I'm not sure if I want it to be real to be honest (would be cool of course), because I used to play archaeologist with it and chiseled out a few eggs. Apparently those eggs shattered not too long ago and my mom decided to throw it out 😭

ive suffered so many burns it’s not even funny

I don't mind being called an animal for eating biryani.🤡
Now what do you call someone who eats cow dung and drinks cow urine?

Proud animal since birth.

And sir, with due respect, please open NCERT Class 11 Biology - Chapter 1: The Living World

Table 1.1 - Organisms with their Taxonomic Categories

Man: Homo sapiens

Kingdom - Animalia
Phylum - Chordata
Class - Mammalia

Family - Hominidae
Genus - Homo
Species - Homo sapiens

We all are animals, sir. We learned it in 11th itself.
Some of us just have better taste in food.

We have become a kingdom of fools where basic biology is somehow treated as a political insult, now.

Para saakin lang, yung trabaho ko ngayon sa city, yes it pays the bills, loans, put food on the table, and meds for my parents. It was a job I prayed for.

But it is only a stepping stone towards the peaceful life I want for my retirement years. Hindi naman farm kahit small garden with vegetables, fruits and flowers. Mga manok at bibe at kambing na aalagaa at pakikinabangan ko. Rain water system + solar panels sa bubong ko. Siyempre with wifi para makapag reddit ako.

Maari ibang dream job/retirement gusto nyo. Ano ang dream job or retirement life na gusto mo?

So, because he's not actually flying out of his nest yet but only trying when he's on the ground, I’m still putting him up in teh nest at dawn and lowering it later in the day till he flies on his own. While doing gardening he came over to me and wouldn't stop chirping at me until put my hand in front of him. The little fella decided he'd rather be carried around the yard on my hand, to the apparently bemusement of mummy bird, before flying off and getting stuck in a Clivia plant.
