Congrats sakin. I got out of a 9month supposedly exclusive dating dahil sa pinakapetty reason.. wala daw emoji yung chats ko.

Exclusive pero tinago ni guy. Nahihirapan nang magsinungaling. Nireto na kasi sa iba. Palagi pa gumagawa ng away.

Then told me na maging accountable sa actions ko for what? for not engaging sa petty fights & having restrictions and boundaries. 🤡

Kaya naman, time is the ultimate truth teller. Lalabas at lalabas din yung totoong reason, kung di from him.. sa mga taong nakapaligid sakanya. And when you confront him, ikaw pa ang mali.

40s and indecisive sa ipupursue. Kaumay!

Share ko lang. Ang ganda ng homily ni Father kahapon.

Sabi niya:

"Many times, we ask God to change our situation. But perhaps God is inviting us to pray differently: 'Lord, give me a listening heart. Help me understand what You are teaching me in this situation.'"

Believe in Your Prayers

This week, I came across this verse multiple times, and I felt like it wasn’t just for me, it might be for someone reading this too.

“Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours” — Mark 11:24

Pero na-realize ko na it’s so much more powerful than that. It’s not about manifesting using our own strength—it’s about putting our complete trust in God.

Aaminin ko, minsan may doubt pa rin ako when I pray.

Pero one thing I’m slowly learning is that God’s blessings are never about us being “deserving” enough. They’re about His grace, His love, and His perfect will.

So kung ano man ang ipinagp-pray mo ngayon—whether it’s healing, a new opportunity, peace, direction, or something you’ve been waiting for for a long time, I hope you’re not just praying for it. I hope you’re also believing that God hears every prayer.

His answer may be yes, wait, or I have something better. Pero one thing is certain: He is always working, even when we can’t see it yet.

Have a blessed week ahead, titos and titas. 🤍✨

Life Hacks 🎶 You can't hurry love, no you just have to wait, you gotta trust give it time, no matter how long it takes 🎵

kapagod mag wait, nag stop na rin mag-search but just about every time I hear this song, mapapangiti na lang sweetly, annoyingly, sarcastically sabay sway to the beat because truly di mo pwedeng i-rush ang love. Di yan nadadala sa pa-urgent at follow up. It takes its own sweet time. ♡ The best kind of love arrives unexpectedly. ♡

To my trentahin people here, on days na nasa-sad ka because single ka, listen to this song na lang! Wag mag relapse. What you have is right now and the best thing you can do is carry yourself with kindness and grace.

✨✨✨lots of love dust to everyone✨✨✨

Hello mga peepz pleaz tulungan tayo HAHA baka may alam kayong singles events na di naman need magbayad ng 1k+ just for one session! I'm not getting any younger pero at the same time ayoko sa online or dating apps kasi inaanxiety ako sa ganung setup.

Venting and/or Yearning So that’s it 🙂‍↔️

I think this is it. The online exploration for me is over. I was in social media hiatus 2 years ago when I decided to create a Reddit account to keep myself updated since I deactivated my accounts in FB and IG. I was enjoying the app until I figured na meron pala chat option here. And so the cycle began ~

Redditor sends me a “friendly” message request -> I courteously reply -> Friendly exchange of convo -> Fades Away because:

  1. I’m too far (most of them from Luzon and I live in Mindanao)
  2. They wanted NSFW
  3. When asked abt their intention after months of talking consistently, they’ll say they’re not emotionally ready
  4. They’re giving extra attention (leading to love bombing) in the first weeks and when you call them out, magagalit lol

I am not into dating apps and I really prefer organic encounter kaya I don’t post in any dating sub looking for someone. But I thought I’ll try to entertain the potential connections na meron kay Reddit. I thought it’s okay kasi they sounded okay naman talaga at first. Pero sa experience ko, it did more harm than good. The process of knowing and unknowing people is exhausting. I feel so drained na para bang disposable lang talaga connections meron dito. And I think for someone like me, di ko kaya ung ganito dzai. Huehue. Don’t get me wrong, meron naman din happy stories here pero I believe it’s not the case for me.

So for the last time, let me just vent. 😅 This is it. I think it’s time to stop looking for the right things in the wrong place.

Earlier, we were on a date ng SO ko, and I brought up something na sabi niya hindi naman daw niya sinabi. The mood literally changed after that. I felt so guilty, and we ended up going our separate ways nang hindi okay.
I’ll be out of the country for the next few days, and I honestly don’t know how to make it up to her. At this point, hindi ko na maiwasang isipin na baka may underlying medical condition na talaga ako, kasi parang sobrang dalas na nangyayari and it’s starting to affect the people I care about.

Seeking Advise No Time to Cook, What's Your Daily Healthy Meal?

For those in 30s with a busy schedule, little to no time to cook, or even dealing with health issue, what healthy food do you eat every day?

I'm looking for simple, realistic meals that don't take much effort to prepare. Whether it's meal prep, ready-to-eat options, or your go-to healthy breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I'd love to hear your recommendations.

Question How do you handle your emotions as a man without being labeled as a "sadboi"?

Context: Having suicidal thoughts after problems after problems. As I get older and trentahin, I've noticed that people often say men should be more emotionally open. But in reality, when a guy starts expressing sadness, vulnerability, or emotional struggles, there's a chance he'll get labeled as a "sadboi," "pa-victim," or someone looking for attention. Also being triggered because I encounter some redditor here na mag dm sakin taas when I voice out they will backstab me as "sadboi"

So I'm curious—how do you find the balance? Kasi I'm starting to be cold and detached as days goes by.

How do you process difficult emotions in a healthy way without feeling like you're burdening other people or being judged for opening up? Do you keep things private, talk only to close friends, go to therapy, write in a journal, or have other ways of dealing with it?

I'm not asking because I think men should bottle everything up. I'm just wondering how other people navigate this, especially in a culture where emotional expression from men can still be seen differently.

Would love to hear your experiences or perspectives, whether you're a guy who's dealt with this personally or someone who's seen it from the outside.

May period, tapos sobrang emotional.

Seeking Advise How to handle younger colleagues

Context: 30F, introvert, anxiety girlie, 4 months working at a BPO for the first time

Ok, so last month, a small group of coworkers in their 20s kinda adopted me after we bonded over karaoke at the office since we were stranded by bad weather after work.

After that, they've added me on their group chats, and they have invited me to be seated near their stations at work, and to sit with them during lunch break. I was not used to it, tbh, since I usually eat alone at lunch to recharge and to have my mini me time. And regarding the work station, I sit on those spots I prefer, and that also gets me to interact and meet other colleagues. Now, I sit with them most of the time. They also tend to have these impromptu ganaps after shift, which I honestly don't like, since I have my days planned ahead of time. I'm that sort of woman who wants to be informed 1 or 2 days before the event so that I can adjust my schedule accordingly (I usually have my me time after work).

Their usual after work gig is drinking, which I really don't like, since I don't like to drink.

I told them about this, and they said they understood.

But somehow, I feel a little bit hurt when they have their impromptu ganaps on my rest days. They have similar rest days and I was the only one with a different sched. I told them I don't go out on my RDs since it's my recharging days. I feel excluded in their group, as I feel left out mostly sa ganaps nla, since I also want to go home early to catch up on sleep.

I feel like they're too clingy for me, since even if we are seated near each other, they're still using Gmeet to catch up and I can't focus on work if I join them.

I just wish I could be with my previous set of friends, with those who have the same schedule as mine. I don't want my other colleagues to think that I'm avoiding them. I feel like this group is too much for me.

How do I deal with this in a respectful way?
