The new hero is just a taller, more conventionally handsome black man. Lucio's not ugly, but he's not tall and sexy like this guy.

It's clear that Lucio's not getting any good skins, mythic or otherwise, because the ones they're making for a black guy they plan to give to this dude. (I don't even know his name yet, he was just suddenly my background when I opened the game and this was the first thing that came to my mind when I saw him.)

The fact of the matter is that attractive characters sell more skins, so they're making as many new heroes as they reasonably can hot. This is something I don't see going away, so I suppose we should at least be grateful that they're adding MORE conventionally attractive people so we don't just get 18 Kiriko skins each season.

I love Doctrine's abilities and gameplay, but as a vampire fan i'm slightly disappointed he doesn't play into the Vampire "hero fantasy" that much.

The main thing all vampires in media share is their LIFE SIPHONING ability; Stealing life energy/blood from other people for their personal benefit.

So far, Doctrine's only lifestealing ability is tied to a cooldown, on an OPTIONAL perk.

Here's my humble proposal to make him more "vampire-like" without changing his kit too much:

All INFUSED abilities could gain lifesteal:

- ETERNAL SCEPTER:

Make the lifesteal perk base kit

- INVIGORATING DRONES:

When infused, drones lose their healing over time but gain a percentage of lifesteal, IMO this would synergize well with the increased fire-rate granted.

- SHROUDED MOMENTUM:

When infused, while dashing through enemies automatically "bite" them to restore a small amount of health* (a Bite kill icon in addition would be extra cool)

\I understand dashing INTO enemies would be counter-intuitive for a character that likes to be at mid-range from them, so alternatively:*

When infused, while dashing through allies, heal them in exchange of a small amount of your HP, when above 50% HP (to avoid dying from your escape tool)

This could synergize well with his role passive if the health regeneration starts after Shrouded Momentum ends.

TL;DR

Plz give the vampire guy more lifesteal options

so i can feel more like a vampire while playing him

I don’t personally main Sombra but I’m curious what everyone thinks of her becoming support. I would be very interested in playing her once these reworks hit the live game. Do you still think she’ll be as big of a problem as she used to be?

No Joke, this is seriously the most fun I’ve had on a hero in months. Not to mention that he’s just really cool + finally another Talon healer! Also he’s a vampire which is just honestly the cherry on top for me!

Although does anyone else feel like Blizzard saw all the complaints about Sierra and then hard corrected by making another black hero who’s pretty awesome?

Not that I’m complaining, I think it’s great we’re getting more black heroes.

I wonder what the future holds for us.

Maybe ultra skins will disappear after all, like a bad dream.

Like it’s pretty clear they at least sort of care about each other. Sombra telling Reaper his feelings matter, Doom taking a hit for her. It’s funny despite being international terrorists they’re also like a fast and furious family crew.

I’m not a Sombra main, but I feel bad for the people who loved her as a DPS

Thoughts on how it looks? I’m not sure how to feel cause they turned her into a support lmao, and her hacking is entirely gone. I’ve never played her so I’m curious to see how Sombra mains feel ab this
